There are drawbacks in the form of a lack of proper parking (paid parking is always occupied, since there are only 10 cars there, and this is the city center). Administrators are sometimes unfriendly.
Here you can close many issues (the variety of doctors who work with Belgosstrakh). I really liked ENT, but now she is on maternity leave, we need to choose another specialist. By appointment (online in your personal account), everything is always clear, on time, without delays, without live queues.
There are doubts about the modernity of the ECG equipment, as if the "scoop" has been preserved in this office. I'm already a regular patient here, I know who to sign up for, I'm comfortable.

Excellent medical center.
This is not the first time I have been examined under the program, always excellent service, doctors advise competently and professionally.
I compared similar programs in other medical centers, in Horizon the cost is an order of magnitude lower with proper maintenance.
You can undergo an examination to obtain a Driver's license.

I would like to share my experience of contacting the clinic, namely Dr. D. Kamenkov, where I had implants installed. They work quickly and clearly — the crowns were placed on the implants in just a week. I was pleasantly surprised that I had implants of the CORTEX system, which is rare in Belarus. After calling four clinics, I did not find anyone who would take up prosthetics, but everything was done ideally here — both the color and the shape fully meet my expectations.

I had an appointment with a neurologist today.. To say that I'm not happy with the reception is an understatement! I am outraged to the depths of my soul, to the point of tears. I felt for 2 minutes, and then typed for 15 minutes, stupidly copying the data from the certificate I brought from the hospital.. Further, she questioned my words about my state of health, and in response to a request for a referral for an MRI scan of the spine, she refused (although there is a recommendation in the discharge from the hospital). Based on the conclusion of this doctor, so to speak, if you are 46, then what do you want already, everyone at this age has hernias and osteochondrosis. Live as you are.... Sorry doctor, don't set foot in there anymore...

A very good medical center. A new building, a huge lobby, a friendly reception, contact and competent doctors and even! although small, there is a free parking lot for patients around the corner (which is super cool considering the location of the medical center, especially for those who have to come for procedures every day, etc.). In addition, it may be for now, but there are not many people at all, unlike. Accordingly, you can make an appointment with specialists literally day in, day out, or even get an appointment right when you come to the center. There is a brand new cool day hospital, which the same Lode does not have in principle and which literally saved me - I got on the first drip an hour after calling the center, despite the fact that two polyclinics and Nordin had wrapped me up before that. In general, without exaggeration, thanks to the universe for directing my eyes to the Horizon when I was already desperate not to die of pain. And thank you to Horizon for the quick, high-quality help, kindness and responsiveness. I have not compared it, but for some reason I am sure that the prices in the Horizon are not as biting as in others. Before that, I went to the Lode, but the Horizon is now a priority, although there are still disadvantages in it, apparently related to the recent opening of the center (start the elevator! 🙂).

I had an appointment with Elena Aleksandrovna Radyuk, a neurologist, 0/10. If you want to spend the money, you can just throw it in the trash. I am very sorry for the time spent, once again I am convinced that it is necessary to choose a doctor based on reviews. During the entire reception, she uttered 1.5 words and just silently typed on the computer. I measured my blood pressure and examined my neck for 1 minute, that's it. She prescribed 100,500 medications and examinations and gave a conclusion. The problem she addressed was not solved or even properly listened to. The doctor's anti-recommendation. I'll have to go to the doctor again, only to a normal one and waste time and money again.

I was at the doctor Tikhomirova (dentist - therapist). It seems that I received a good consultation, but the way the inspection and cleaning took place... It feels like a Hindu was doing it in a doorway.
I came with problems, as a result, you can see where the sore spots are, I poked there flawlessly, not just tapped on my teeth, but hammered them. The cleaning didn't go well either. The procedure itself is unpleasant, so also in the performance of this doctor, it turned out to be a combo. It is not as neat and rude as possible

I wanted to come over to check if I had taken the ticket correctly. They dialed for me: "WAIT FOR OUR QUEUE FOR COUPONS." Terrible attitude towards customers. I attended an appointment on 04/05/25. I made an appointment online, having previously studied the information on the website. I waited in line at the reception desk, no one clarified anything, I came to the office, and there the queue waited.... drumbeat, I was refused admission because I did not receive a referral for CBT from the doctors of this medical center. And the offer they made to me is a quote: "if you want, go to the head doctor for a consultation so that he can prescribe our referral for you, but it will be expensive.. A driver's commission with a full set of examinations is easy and fast. The staff is friendly and attentive. I liked it, I decided to put a crown there. And I didn't regret it. Patients are not treated attentively and indifferently. The gynecologist's appointment time was about 10 minutes, and this was taking into account that ultrasound was also included at that time. The price tag is higher compared to the lode. I never advise anyone to go to this center!!! This is not the first time such an attitude and the work of doctors have been carried out.

They write the truth about the corridors. You're sitting waiting under the office, and when people pass by, you have to take your feet off all the time.
The reception turned out to be on the 2nd floor, there are no signs to it. There is a huge hall on the ground floor, it is unclear why it could not be placed there. In general, it's pretty, clean.

He is a very competent, highly professional specialist who solved my problem with DM 2 for "once".Thank her very much. On the negative side: very narrow corridors in front of doctors' offices and a very short reception time. From my point of view, the 20 minutes allotted for patient appointments is very short. The problems that patients come with require more time, otherwise we will get the same district polyclinic, with time wasted.

During the conversation, I started asking questions of interest to me, to which I received an answer, I DO NOT DO THIS, AND IF YOU NEED INFORMATION, READ ABOUT IT ON THE INTERNET. Even if the payment for the service was not large 25p. 63k., but to go home after the doctor with the wishes of studying information via the Internet is too much.

Modern medical center, impressive interior. That's it! I did an electroneuromyography at the doctor Komisarchik Irina Vyacheslavovna. I have not met a more gloomy, unfriendly and just stone doctor for a long time. After the examination, she made a mistake by contacting her daughter about the payment (127 rubles). The daughter, of course, went to the cashier. To my remark that I should have made the payment myself, she replied: "Figure it out for yourself." Probably, the doctor does not understand that she does not have the right to get involved in solving such issues. My relationship with my daughter deteriorated, as did the overall impression of this center.

I passed the driver's commission. One of the advantages compared to 5 years ago: you do not need to get certificates from dispensaries yourself. They made a new beautiful hall and rebranded, but the business processes were not finalized: she went to the center at 10.50, left at 12.30 without a certificate, there was no time to wait for her signature. That is, you will have to go again. Why is it taking so long? A combination of many circumstances. They could have been avoided if the processes had been clearly worked out, if patients had not climbed to the reception at the wrong time, delaying examinations by commission. If there were more flexible staff at the reception: while they were dealing with the terminal and the client with the card, they could have taken cash payment from me, etc. There are no complaints about doctors. Well, in any case, this is an alternative to the 24th, but also as lucky in time. It is a pity, because it is to such a center that you go for the opportunity to manage your time.
