We ordered furniture from GM again - 2 cabinets in the living room. I'm just thrilled! Initially, I didn't know exactly what I wanted, designer Anastasia and director Sergey came to me several times (when I was in doubt with the chosen color), drew different options and hit the nail on the head. The furniture was made even ahead of schedule. The installers in Baranovichi are also great, they do their job perfectly. In general, I am delighted with both the furniture and the team. I strongly advise everyone and I will contact you again. Thank you so much!

Well, we waited for our order, ordered furniture for the nursery with a design project and production from Gorbach furniture. Like many people, they chose this company through Instagram, and they began to read reviews only after ordering) They were a little worried after reading) and when the deadlines increased by 2 weeks. But they were always in touch with us, no problems. What about our furniture ...It's just an excellent job! Honestly, we didn't expect everything to be so clear and beautiful. Humpback furniture is top! In our house, these are already the third furniture makers with which to compare. The furniture is comparable in quality to the factory, perfect pasting, perfect fit, and what a design! Just an exhibition job! The guys were excellent installers, very careful, usually they all blunder, throw up, litter and leave. In general, we are switching to the side of not just satisfied Gorbachev furniture customers, but very very satisfied ones)))

We did the kitchen, we were satisfied. The pots were 3.5-4 months old, the manager was always wasted on the phone and in Viber he wrote at what stage our kitchen was. It was calm) and everything turned out great! We will order more!

I ordered furniture (2 simple cabinets) on September 5, 2023. The order was accepted by Director Sergey Gorbach. He promised that with a 100% prepayment, the furniture will be made on time, or even earlier. In fact, the director took my money and uses it at his discretion, but not for my furniture. The deadline came out about a month ago. The furniture is not even in production yet. It's almost impossible to get through to Sergei. Managers reschedule deadlines every 2 weeks (at the last conversation they said that the deadlines were postponed to January/February). It's not good enough. I do not recommend contacting, I do not have enough nerves. Every conversation with the director is a complete deception!!!
By the way, the penalty is not considered to be from the entire amount under the contract, but 25% of the total amount under the contract. Read the contract carefully!

They either have a lot of orders, or employees who don't care about customers. I don't know what is in terms of quality - we parted ways at the approval stage. There is no office on Moskovskaya Street. Instead of going to their factory, they offered to communicate in a messenger. If you ask 5 questions, the answer is 2 words. If you ask again, you get ignored. Think for yourself.

We waited a year for furniture, with 100% payment, we spent so much nerves. They take new orders, and with that money they order furniture according to old orders, thereby accumulating a "mountain".
