Pros, this is master Victoria, the pedicure chairs are awesome, I've never seen them anywhere, and there's tea and coffee with sweets.
Otherwise...I signed up for a 4-hand service, the whole manicure is the master's grumble.They called with a request to reschedule, I agreed, arranged for work, and received an SMS with the new time.I came, I hear that there is no such record, we don't know how it happened, there are no masters.I had to be indignant, they apologized and provided a discount.But this time Victoria didn't have any windows, and I think I signed up for Karina.The receptionist called and invited me half an hour earlier, because the master had a client canceled, of course I was glad, I had time for 18.30, manicure and pedicure, and then earlier, class.A little later, they called again and said that it was possible even earlier, I say OK, but I'm already packing and I'll be with you in 15 minutes, just in time for 6 p.m.As a result, they offered to undress and go through, and after 5 minutes the administrator came out saying that the master had a fever, she couldn't take you, or something like that, to remove and process uncoated.I asked why you called me and invited me earlier, I wouldn't have been going at all, the answer was, well, I'm sorry, it just happened, she just tried it on.All the places have been cleaned, everything has been cleaned, something tells me it wasn't the temperature that was the problem, oh, not her.

Pros: friendly staff, convenient to sign up on your own through a client, modern studio. Cons: the main disadvantage is the quality of the long-lasting coating - it cracked on 6 fingers 7 days after the procedure, on nails without length. My nails didn't have any extremes. There was no such thing in other studios, the materials are probably either not compatible with each other or simply of poor quality. It's sad, but it's good that the coating was made in one color.

It's just TERRIBLE... I always read people's comments, they seemed to be more or less, but when I came and saw the result of my pedicure 3 days later, I was completely disappointed in people..
The place is decent, the administrators are good (it seems), they offer coffee/tea. Pedicure is done by "masters" that you can believe in their professionalism)))
But on the 3rd day-minus the nails, the skin is all peeled off on the heels, the quality of the "gorgeous" varnishes is "at its height"))
In general, it is an incredible nightmare and damage to your body:(

I highly appreciate the work of Master Victoria Yatskovskaya. An excellent craftsman. I'm quite picky about the masters. (I provide services myself) Quality and professionalism are important to me. It's about her. Today was the third visit and not the last. I have thin skin, I did the pedicure carefully, without cuts and painful sensations. Thank you Victoria, for your hard work.
(I do not recommend Master Daria. I signed up for a hygienic manicure (just cuticle treatment). I did it badly. The cut of the cuticle was crooked, burrs quickly went, does not know what a soft square is. I'm doing better for myself without proper education)
In general, the studio is pleasant, they treat you to tea and sweets. The administrators are polite. Comfortable chairs, you can watch a movie during the procedure.

I am upset and just shocked by this service. I signed up online for a manicure + coating + French complex.
They called twice and rescheduled the appointment time earlier, and in the end I came and waited for about 20 minutes anyway, they never apologized, and for the sake of the visit I had to pay for a babysitter and reschedule the meeting. I had three broken nails, the master immediately said that there was no time for such a manicure, offering to make small wide ovals. As a result, I just removed the coating and did not even file the damaged nails, I decided to give up the manicure, because I went to another salon anyway. At least they didn't hurt me. I go for pedicures and manicures..Everything was always good
But last time I signed up for Victoria. The nails are all of different thicknesses and shapes, the treatment is terrible, burrs, the gel is not applied near the cuticle itself, which visually looks bad. I came home and sawed off my own uniform because it's impossible to watch. And of course I will redo it. Time spent, money spent

a manicure + removal+debt.coverage at 11:00 a.m.
(Master Karina). As a result, I waited 43 minutes (!!!), because the master was delayed. The receptionist offered coffee and apologized. The workplace was covered in dust, where I was asked to sit down, tools were thrown on a dirty table during work, including "sterile scissors" (photo below). The master was distracted by phone calls and went out to talk , taking into account the recording delay of 43 minutes ! In the process of removing the old coating, it hurt me, I said so, but the first time I was ignored, the second time the answer was "I'm not doing anything so painful to you" and continued to do everything too, I endured. The master was in a hurry and was nervous. On one of the nails, the coating was uneven, as I said. The master began to laugh and reacted strangely with facial expressions. To the question "what did I say that was funny?", the answer was "nothing, I'm in my thoughts." The whole appearance was negative and passive aggression towards me. I paid the full price.

The master sat down at the table at 9-13.
When I found out that I only had a withdrawal, I refused to provide the service, because I thought that I was at the complex at 9-15 (arguing why the next client should wait).
So that's it! I went to you for a manicure /pedicure several times and also had to wait until the same Karina finished giving another lady a manicure! No customer orientation! In principle, I will not come to you anymore!

I've been going to this salon for about six months. In the first months I was very pleased with the work of the masters, the receptionist, their quality of work and customer orientation (!).
Recent visits made me think about changing the salon. I want to leave a negative review for Master Victoria.
The first time I got to a simultaneous manicure and pedicure, master Victoria gave me a manicure and accompanied the whole process as it was inconvenient for her to do a manicure when another master was busy with a pedicure. My answer was ignored, "so why did you take a client who still has a pedicure appointment?" As a result, we waited until we finished the pedicure and I was asked to move to another table. During the manicure process, I noticed that the nail shapes are different, to which I received again the answer "aahs and oohs". I spent more than the planned time, the shapes of my nails were all different, plus the accompaniments were both inconvenient and uncomfortable for the master.
After that, for the next recording, I asked me not to record to the new masters. I came for a simultaneous manicure and pedicure, and again Victoria did the manicure for me. Surprise :) This time, after choosing a color from the palette, I was told that strengthening was needed, without it this color could not be done. And the master does not have time for this. I was somewhat surprised, because how could I know when making an appointment for a manicure that one or another color from the palette would require some kind of strengthening, and this is extra time. As a result, I did not get the desired color, Victoria did not even offer me some kind of analogue, and again, the nail shapes are all different (photos attached). Next, I tried twice to explain to the receptionist the situation with the chosen color and time, how I should have signed up so that the master could make one or another color, because initially, as a client, I cannot know whether there is strengthening or not. The receptionist did not understand either the first or the second time. 0 customer orientation on all points, except for the proposed drinks.
As a result, I was twice disappointed by rudeness, lack of customer orientation and quality of work.
Karina, Katerina - you are great fellows, you always do your job perfectly!
