Pros: friendly staff, convenient to sign up on your own through a client, modern studio. Cons: the main disadvantage is the quality of the long-lasting coating - it cracked on 6 fingers 7 days after the procedure, on nails without length. My nails didn't have any extremes. There was no such thing in other studios, the materials are probably either not compatible with each other or simply of poor quality. It's sad, but it's good that the coating was made in one color.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Master Daria Shah for her professionalism. The quality of work, efficiency, and customer care are at the highest level. I've been doing manicures for a long time. Besides that, I love her charisma and humor;) I always leave in a great mood;)

The place is decent, the administrators are good (it seems), they offer coffee/tea. Pedicure is done by "masters" that you can believe in their professionalism)))
But on the 3rd day-minus the nails, the skin is all peeled off on the heels, the quality of the "gorgeous" varnishes is "at its height"))

(I do not recommend Master Daria. I signed up for a hygienic manicure (just cuticle treatment). I did it badly. The cut of the cuticle was crooked, burrs quickly went, does not know what a soft square is. I'm doing better for myself without proper education)

(Master Karina). As a result, I waited 43 minutes (!!!), because the master was delayed. The receptionist offered coffee and apologized. The workplace was covered in dust, where I was asked to sit down, tools were thrown on a dirty table during work, including "sterile scissors" (photo below). The master was distracted by phone calls and went out to talk , taking into account the recording delay of 43 minutes ! In the process of removing the old coating, it hurt me, I said so, but the first time I was ignored, the second time the answer was "I'm not doing anything so painful to you" and continued to do everything too, I endured. The master was in a hurry and was nervous. On one of the nails, the coating was uneven, as I said. The master began to laugh and reacted strangely with facial expressions. To the question "what did I say that was funny?", the answer was "nothing, I'm in my thoughts." The whole appearance was negative and passive aggression towards me. I paid the full price.
I visited your salon for the first time and was left with very pleasant impressions. A good team, both the masters and the girl from the reception work quickly, clearly and efficiently. Recent visits made me think about changing the salon. I want to leave a negative review for Master Victoria.
The first time I got to a simultaneous manicure and pedicure, master Victoria gave me a manicure and accompanied the whole process as it was inconvenient for her to do a manicure when another master was busy with a pedicure. My answer was ignored, "so why did you take a client who still has a pedicure appointment?" As a result, we waited until we finished the pedicure and I was asked to move to another table. During the manicure process, I noticed that the nail shapes are different, to which I received again the answer "aahs and oohs". I spent more than the planned time, the shapes of my nails were all different, plus the accompaniments were both inconvenient and uncomfortable for the master.
After that, for the next recording, I asked me not to record to the new masters. I came for a simultaneous manicure and pedicure, and again Victoria did the manicure for me. Surprise :) This time, after choosing a color from the palette, I was told that strengthening was needed, without it this color could not be done. And the master does not have time for this. I was somewhat surprised, because how could I know when making an appointment for a manicure that one or another color from the palette would require some kind of strengthening, and this is extra time. As a result, I did not get the desired color, Victoria did not even offer me some kind of analogue, and again, the nail shapes are all different (photos attached). Next, I tried twice to explain to the receptionist the situation with the chosen color and time, how I should have signed up so that the master could make one or another color, because initially, as a client, I cannot know whether there is strengthening or not. The receptionist did not understand either the first or the second time. 0 customer orientation on all points, except for the proposed drinks.
As a result, I was twice disappointed by rudeness, lack of customer orientation and quality of work.
