Hospitable staff, clean room. Someone smoked 2 times in the adjanced room. The ventilation system is shared between rooms, so it was terrible

I stayed here for five nights while on vacation in Armenia. The place is good, in the center of Yerevan, the room is decent, cleaned on time. Breakfast is no frills, but the most important thing is to refresh yourself and go on excursions. If I visit Yerevan again, I will be happy to stay.

I was choosing a room on the hotel's website. There was a room with a window in the photo, and it's important for me to have fresh air. It was a triple room, a little more expensive than a double room. I chose him. Upon check-in, it turned out that there was no window, the ceiling height was 2 meters. That is, the door ends and the ceiling begins immediately. When I asked why there was no window, the employee replied that the photos might not match the room. The ventilation in the room is working very poorly, the room is stuffy, there is no fresh air, so I had a headache.
