When contacting, everything was promising, despite the fact that the master left like "for spare parts" and had to wait an hour. The saw was accepted, everything was issued for warranty repair.
10 days later, they called back and said that the warranty repair was refused due to non-compliance with the rules of operation, since the saw was issued to a legal entity! Let's say! But this problem was also addressed a month after the purchase, the master said that a higher-quality analogue of the equipment sparks no less and recommended to observe when using it! And so, on his recommendation, before the end of the warranty period, we contacted and received such an answer! Well, okay, we've fixed the unit! Although I'm sure it would be the same in everyday use! but!!!!!!!
Offer an alternative, even if you are right! No one has canceled repairs for money! So there is no first phrase in a telephone conversation: "You are refused by the saw." I didn't immediately understand who was calling, what he wanted... And then after the repeated question, the answer is: "The saw is ready with the act"
I ask - in the sense of ready? Did you make it? The answer is no, the warranty repair is denied!
There was an opinion that it is easier to unsubscribe and refuse repairs, because in the workshop "under the ceiling" of equipment for repair (or rental) - do not turn around.
In general, I encountered such a "crown" in the service for the first time ...
As a result, I took the saw, repaired it elsewhere for money and quite professionally! And without whining that we exploited her incorrectly...
