A separate delight from the administrator. All the time she discusses something so important on her personal phone that clients have to wait for her to finish. Fortunately, there are few of them. I saw one. But there is no administrator without his mobile phone for the entire time of arrival.

I'm waiting for 10 minutes, 15, 20... I'm figuring out how much longer to wait. The answer is amazing, "For 40 minutes, the master was busy, WENT TO the STORE!!!"
There is no answer to the question of what to do. No one communicates, the owner does not respond to the specified number. It is useless to write here in a complaint book, there has already been a conflict - without reaction.
Ask, why do I keep coming here? I live nearby, alas. It's a matter of time and convenience, but the result, alas, is the opposite.
