My husband ordered me a bouquet from this store for our anniversary, and it was just a great surprise! The flowers came fresh, beautifully decorated, just the way I love it. The guys know exactly what they're doing. I was very pleased that they took into account all my wishes, and the bouquet was exactly as I imagined. But what really became the cherry on the cake was the Scandinavian salmon cake, which he also ordered. It was incredibly delicious! The flowers, of course, are simply delicious, but the cake definitely deserves special praise. Overall, the surprise was a 100% success. I am very pleased and grateful for such a beautiful and delicious gift!

Disregard for the client!!!
Today is March 8th. I came at 11 o'clock to buy two bouquets. There is a note on the door "Break 30 min." Ok. An hour later, returning home, I went in again. The same note about 30 minutes, but there were workers inside. One employee opened the door for me and advised me to come in 2 hours, because there are a lot of orders and there is no way to serve me... and from the back of the hall, a woman in a commanding voice "threw out": "CLOSE THE DOOR!".
Guys, you can't work like this!!!
Everyone knows that on February 14th and March 8th there is a rush for flowers. So organize your work, both online and retail.
At least without rudeness and disregard for the client.
