the hotel justifies the three. The view is on the wall of the neighboring building. The rooms are super small. The balcony on the foot is about 30cm and its length is 100 cm.- There is nowhere to dry the laundry. Cockroaches walk, so there are no fruits in the room. But there are rats running around the city, it's a common thing for them. The breakfasts are modest, if you make it to the Chinese, you will be full.

The location is not on the 1st line (you can't see the sea), but behind the 1st line hotel. This is even a plus, because you can't hear the noise from the street, otherwise the locals go to work from 5 a.m. and honk at the same time.
Wi-fi is free. The bed linen is very delicate, it is changed every day.
Of the disadvantages, the restaurant has a poor menu.
