Wifi is available throughout the hotel, it is true, however, it either does not have Internet or is available at a speed rarely and with a long wait capable of loading a page in a browser.
I have a number of work tasks that can be solved remotely, but it was impossible or very inconveniently stretched over time.
If you need Internet speed for work, or meetings in the zoom, it's better not to come here, I think, like me, the sympathetic look of the person at the reception will hardly suit.
After our negotiations at the reception, the situation has not changed.
If only for rare correspondence in messengers, then it will do.
It got better in the last 2 days of my stay.
Safe deposit:
There was no safe in the room.
After our objections and references to the description of the hotel and the room, the safe was given directly into the hands of the reception.
The hotel staff and the owner do not know why there are two holes in the back wall. (See photo)
In fact, it should be bolted to the wall. And in its untwisted form, it is a very convenient case with the expected contents, which can be taken home and sawn.

In principle, the furniture sofas, armchairs, beds are normal. The air conditioners are working properly, they are all controlled by one remote control.
The skirting boards are attached so-so, the floors are partially covered with laminate
But the kitchen, tables and cabinets with torn handles in places and a broken mirror, wires sticking out. I think it shouldn't be like this. See the photo.

There is a mosque not far from the hotel and they perform around 5 o'clock in the morning.

Cons — Our room was paid in advance, but the reception staff tried to move us to another hotel an hour after check-in. He began to assure us that there had been a mistake, there were no places, but he agreed and we would be accommodated in another hotel. It seems that he or the hotel itself gets additional monetization in this way. Do not leave your passports at the reception! Despite the small number of guests, according to a colleague, a hotel employee still later redirected someone from the arrivals to live in another hotel. In July, the humidity in the city was very high, things practically did not dry, even on the balcony. Because of the humidity, there was a constant smell of dampness in the toilet. In the evening, the sea brings a lot of garbage to the beach.
Pros — I liked the close location to the sea. 8-10 minutes walk to the city beach (pebbles). The beach is free, bring towels with you. Good breakfasts, but not much choice. The rooms are bright, comfortable and spacious. Our room had a balcony and a kitchen. In the morning, the sea is warm, calm and clean. The hotel is quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors.

There's no elevator, well, that's half the trouble. The kitchen furniture is old, and there is dust and dirt in the sofas between the cushions. The staff reacted quickly enough to various requests to fix something, etc., which is good. We won't exactly go here a second time.
