Today I went to the Golden Rose store on Sebzara! With the intention of buying pencils, eye shadow,
lipstick, foundation, and more. But I was very disappointed with the service.
Madina, a woman, and an elderly woman in a hijab behaved in an unfriendly and disdainful manner. When I took a pencil to try, I was dryly informed that "This is not a probe," and Madina repeated it loudly again, although I had already heard it before and did not need to repeat it in that tone. I got the feeling that I was being treated with prejudice, as if I wasn't capable of making a purchase. Very unpleasant!
When I asked for terracotta shadows, Madina said, "Go look for yourself, I do not know what terracotta is." It's amazing to hear that from a consultant.
In the end, I gave up most of my purchases and bought only a pencil and eye shadow. Later, at the beauty salon next door, I was told that bad treatment in this store is not uncommon. And many people are already refusing to go there for this very reason!
Previously, another woman, more friendly and professional, worked here. Now — no help, no respect!
I hope the management will pay attention to the service. After all, even the best quality product will not save the impression if the customer is treated without respect!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
