An amazing hotel, everything is clean, cozy, close to the sea (3-4 minutes), Wi-Fi catches well, there are delicious canteens,cafes, etc.
The administrator Larisa is unreal, you still need to look for such involved people, she told you everything (where to go, how to get there, what you can do in Abkhazia and what you can't), suggested excursions. By the way, the excursions from the hotel are also a Bomb, we went with Vladimir, an amazing person, kind , cheerful, the tour was amazing!
And in general, only positive emotions remained from the rest.
There were no interruptions with light and water!!!!!

They were in early August 2024. The hotel is conveniently located in the area of Gagra railway station! There is a private Parking for 5-7 cars near the entrance! There is a small swimming pool on site, which is well monitored! The territory is clean and tidy! The room has air conditioning, a boiler with hot water, tiles everywhere on the floor!
We lived in 24 rooms on the second floor!
Why did you lower your points?:
-1 ball, this is for the front door to the room! The door is the cheapest cardboard, there is a large gap on the floor through which you can hear everything that happens on the floor! After driving for 17 hours, we wanted to rest from the road, but had to wake up from every noise on the floor, because the audibility is simply enormous! After checking into the room, there was no soap in the toilet, which was provided only on the 3rd day of our stay there! + there should be a safe in the room for 10K!
-1 point for the passive work of administrators! They stick their heads into a mobile phone for inconvenient questions, write off the management, and somehow get rid of their functions! I ask the management to pay attention!
In general, the price is very much overpriced, because for the above price you can find better conditions!

We rested at this hotel, the location to the sea is convenient, 3 minutes on foot. There is a swimming pool, the rooms have everything you need. Everything is clean and tidy. Larisa is a very friendly receptionist, treats each guest with soul and attentiveness, helps to solve all problems, is always friendly and polite. He will tell you everything in detail, conduct, show you. She has a wonderful attitude, it was very nice to relax in this place! But I can not say this about the second administrator Anastasia, I would really like such an attitude from her... Teach her to smile from the bottom of her heart :) As it is, everything is fine. We will definitely come to rest next year and bring friends, provided Larisa works)
