Good sound insulation,quiet, clean,near the main pedestrian street,the alley of lanterns on Gogol Street itself, all the most famous and delicious restaurants and cafes. Breakfast is not included, you can buy and cook in the shared kitchen. Of the cons, there are no early breakfast establishments nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for 1 day. I really liked it. The staff is friendly, ready to help, always very responsive. The room was for 3 people, everything is clean and comfortable, the furniture is quite new. Nice beds, great mattresses and blankets. There is a shared kitchen, everything is clean, beautiful, kitchen utensils are full. A comfortable area with a sofa, you can play a game console. For 5 bel.rub, you can buy a capsule from the administrator and wash your clothes. They'll give you a dryer. It can be dried in the room or on the shared balcony. The location is excellent, close to the center, the park, the Brest fortress. There is a shop and a parrot house nearby (generally 2 steps away). Thanks to the staff and the owners of the hotel! We spent one night on May 26 with a company of 8 people. We took 4 double rooms. The rooms are clean, cozy, well-maintained, there are no problems with hot water. Very friendly staff, the girl at the reception quickly arranged all 4 rooms, helped to decide where to go better in the city, gave guides to Brest. The hotel has a shared spacious kitchen area with the ability to cook, cookware and refrigerator. There are a lot of tables with chairs, there is enough space for all rooms, no need to wait until she is free. The location is very convenient for exploring the historical part of the city - the fortress is less than a kilometer away on foot. Gogol and Sovetskaya streets and many interesting sights are also within walking distance. The price-quality ratio is probably one of the best in Brest. We rested at this hotel from 12.06 to 14.06 2024. I booked an apartment, lived in kv 4. First, I want to note a very good location: it is easy to walk to the center, to the Brest fortress too. There are shops nearby. Parking in the courtyard, in front of the Windows. There were always places, there were no problems. Secondly, I would like to say about comfort. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen has a kettle and all necessary utensils. The mattresses are gorgeous! It is very comfortable to sleep. The towels and bed linen are snow-white, like in a five-star hotel! We were very satisfied with our stay, thank you very much! P.S. A small wish: add a tea set to the kitchen. Costs are minimal, but people are pleased)))

The Park of Culture and Recreation, where everything is in working order, all the entertainment attractions with a chic concert venue where the performance of the "Turkish Choir" was caught, an almost family restaurant next to this site and excellent views, a museum of railway equipment, a parrot house, where, to our surprise, the children spent more than an hour!!! and of course, the main magnet of the Hero's city is the Brest Fortress memorial complex! There are parking spaces at the house. We rented an entire apartment. The staff are great, they are understanding and solve issues without any problems. ... since it was almost 30 degrees Celsius, there was at least a fan missing.

It is perfectly located - less than a kilometer to the fortress on one side, and on the other side begins Gogol Street with an alley of wonderful lanterns, not so far from the street.
