My husband and I were looking for a place where we could have lunch often. We looked at the photo, ordered a table through the website.
We couldn't sit down at the ordered table, they put us at another one (we arrived 20 minutes earlier, okay, we sat down at another one).
Everything looks stylish and pleasant in the photo, but we were completely uncomfortable. They decided to "cram" both tables and a bar into a very small space. The table is tiny, you constantly touch something. When the waiter serves the next table, I'm sorry, his ass is right in front of your face. We decided to focus on the good, and made an order. There are no photos of dishes on the menu, and when the plates were brought (herring dishes, because others simply won't fit on the table), I realized that the price tag of a decent institution does not correspond at all to the dishes served. But what completely spoiled the impression were the visitors with the dog, who, moreover, was sitting on a chair at the table. I have nothing against animals, but I consider it indecent. For example, I have allergies. We were offered to move, but I don't understand why exactly we have to do this? In general, they quickly ate tiny portions and left. The impression was so painful and disappointing that I decided to leave a review for the first time in my life. I do not believe the laudatory reviews about this institution and, of course, we will not come there again.

Cola for 4.5 r is bottled from a 2L bottle that has not been opened today. There are almost no gases left in it
Protein omelet is super (although guacamole from a jar is for an amateur)
If the prices were 2 times lower, then everything would be OK. But the prices are like in a decent institution.
To the owner: if these are not your rational suggestions with cola and beef stroganoff, I recommend conducting an audit.

The restaurant left a very bad impression. We booked a table, warned that we would stay 10 minutes in advance - the result was that the table was occupied, while the rest of the tables were free, why put other guests there?
The receptionist said that the table would be empty soon, although people were only served food. It's very unpleasant, we wanted to celebrate a birthday here. No apologies and just an attempt to show that they have nothing booked (although they confirmed everything by phone).
To summarize, not a foot in Gogol.

They come up to the table while I'm eating, look at my plate and leave. I have nothing against visitors, but the girl is clearly from a village/small town, and it would be nice for the owners of the establishment to teach the staff the basics of service. Well, if the owners are from the village, then this place has no chance. I came twice, and both times it was empty and there was no one else but me. I live across the street, but if the service stays that way, I'm not your guest anymore.
