Great line of cars, service is on point

I've been renting a car from them for the third year in a row. Of course, I book a week in advance and get the car on the right day and time. It was enough for me to give me the rights and the ID card. I read the contract, but I didn't see any unrealistic conditions. The only thing is that there is a maximum speed limit on the highway (120) and in the city (90), otherwise a fine from the company. I asked for a child safety seat in advance, and they also provided it. If you do not take it for the first time, then they easily make a discount for subsequent long-term rentals (each case is individual). The cars were in good technical condition, and they had never been let down. I recommend this company! Good luck to you in business and adequate and careful customers. PS. There are sooooo many cameras in Tashkent and in the regions, keep in mind. They are fined for: hitting markings, speeding, non-admission of pedestrians, etc. fines are 5 times more expensive than in Russia! And the speed allowed in the city is only 50-60km/h.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡. Why do they buy sports cars with acceleration of 3-5 seconds to a hundred here is a big question for me. In Dubai, there are 60-100 and 20 permissible errors inside the city, and 140 on the highway.

I needed a car for a 5-day ride in central Uzbekistan with a pickup at the airport. After reading the reviews, I turned to this company. I booked from Russia 2 weeks in advance, clarifying all the nuances. Upon arrival in Tashkent, it turned out that the car was in another place, but the employee came for us and delivered it to him, quickly checked the car, issued the documents, paid off and set off. The car was given a clean, serviceable one. The deposit was returned after 10 days. The guys are great, I will contact them and recommend them to others.

We needed to rent a car for the April weekend (Ramadan Hayit holiday), but we did not find any budget cars available in any office on the day of the appeal, and we wanted a Chevrolet cobalt, or Chevrolet Lacetti. Apparently these are the most popular rental cars in Tashkent. Only the guys at GO Renty managed to catch a free lacetti, and besides, a brand-new one (she had a mileage of only 5 thousand km). We rented it on the same day, after a phone call, arriving at their place half an hour later. The guys' office is very conveniently located at the intersection of Chingiz Aitmatov and Osiye streets (not far from the Minor metro station). The guys told and explained in great detail all the terms of the lease and possible nuances with fines and deductions of collateral. (You can pay fines for speeding yourself with a 50% discount, but of course it's better not to violate them on the roads) We signed the contract in 10 minutes, inspected the car, and left happy to rest outside the city.
GO Renty are great, they keep an eye on their cars, you can find both budget and premium cars for rent at adequate prices in their parking lot in front of the office. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent rental service. I regularly take cars here for trips to the mountains, once I even went to Samarkand. We stopped several times to check documents outside the city, everything was included after the check. Wishing them a good journey, they always let them go. A big plus is the lack of collateral for the third and subsequent leases

This is definitely the best car rental in Uzbekistan. I rented a car from them for 4 days. The car is clean and new. With tinting. The manager is Abdulaziz. Very polite and professional. By the way, the deposit for the car was returned without problems and on time. Besides, they gave away the rent. I am very satisfied

We rented a car for three days for a trip out of town . The interior is all dirty, as if they walked on the seats in dirty shoes. The first day passed without complaints, on the second day in the morning, while driving, the car stalled. The fuel pump is broken, any motorist understands that the fuel pump can break if you do not pass it in time and do not change the filter - this is clearly the fault of the landlord, not ours. They waited for their repairmen for exactly 7.5 hours on a serpentine in the mountains, although this way from Tashkent can be traveled in a maximum of 3.5 hours, while constantly being deceived that they would be soon. Upon arrival, they gave us their car and stayed to repair the broken one, we had to go back to Tashkent, we never reached our destination (Jade Lakes) - the weekend was ruined. At first they promised that the company would compensate us for the lost time -1 day and we would return the car 1 day earlier, that is, we should get the money back for two days of rent + a deposit. In fact, now they refuse to return the money, explaining that we drove off-road, although there is an official paved road there, which is on all maps, this is not off-road, but a road of not very good quality, but still a road! They are trying to pin some damage to the car on us, although when they took the car, no damage was recorded! I do not recommend contacting this company, because our fate can affect everyone!

The deposit is not refunded. According to the contract, they were supposed to return 2 days ago, "they are fed breakfast", they say that they have some kind of queue for a refund. I do not recommend it, we were very disappointed.

We rented a car from January 1, 2023 to January 10. We booked from Moscow in advance, six months in advance. The only company in Tashkent that has booked for such a long time. We issued a car on the day of our arrival on January 1 at 21 Chingiz Aitmatov Street. We were given a new car, without mileage, even the labels were all in place, which made us very happy! Managers are always in touch, very attentive, friendly and responsible briefing. Everyone speaks Russian well, politely and intelligently. The deposit was returned on time, according to the agreement. We were very satisfied with the rental.
