Great car rental company!
We usually go on vacation in our car, but this time we went to Abkhazia for a few days, taking a tour with a flight, so we needed a car - we wanted to visit too many places. I found several rental companies, but settled on Go Auto. They respond quickly to messages, rental prices are not high (October 24 Mazda Verisa 2000₽ / day), there is a website with current prices and car delivery directly to the hotel and pick-up there. The car was delivered clean, both outside and inside, and shortcomings were pointed out on the body so that there would be no questions when handing over.
In general, everything went great!

Great people and great company! We rented a car in New Athos. They left a deposit and signed a contract. There is no mileage limit, which is convenient. We found this company on Yandex in advance before the trip to New Athos. We took a Toyota Estima minivan for a day. I found this car rental company on Avito before my trip to Abkhazia. I have never been engaged in renting cars, I thought for a very long time whether it was worth renting or not.
I read the reviews, looked on the Internet and decided that it was worth taking the risk and at least writing.
They answered my Avito very quickly, it didn't even take 5 minutes)! They answered all my questions patiently and very clearly. They immediately told me about the deposit, about the prepayment, about gas stations, about the speed limit and much more (I don't remember exactly now) 😊After consulting with my husband, we decided that we would rent. Booked for dates from October 4-6, 2024.
We were assigned a manager, Mikhail, who was supposed to hand over the car (Toyota primus). When we arrived, the car was clean and almost completely refueled. Mikhail is a very polite and kind man, explained to my husband how to drive (my husband drives a mechanic) and answered all our questions!
When handing over the car, the deposit was returned without any problems!
In fact, I am delighted with this company and its employees!
1) after handing over the car, we refueled it a little more than necessary and did not charge us for the car wash (although we did not count on this in any way) 💪🏻
2) they asked us to call a taxi to the hotel where we were staying, since we were completely out of touch, and Mikhail offered to take us 🫣😇
3) I, a true Masha, was confused, I left my bank in the car, but I realized this just before the flight. I wrote to Mikhail, he found it in the car, I offered to keep it as a keepsake. But, he asked me to send the address of the check and he will be with me again soon (to be honest, it is very inconvenient that I provided inconveniences :(

I took a bmw 120i for 2 days. The landlords are polite, they agreed on everything by whatsapp. I stayed in New Athos, the car was brought to the hotel, the delivery cost 500. The police no longer have a pick-up point, there is accommodation on the Forecourt. It is better to arrange with the manager in advance and book. The car cost 3,000 per day + gasoline and a car wash if the car was dirty. 10,000 is taken as a deposit when renting. It is not necessary to wash yourself, you can pay 700 rubles extra and give it without washing, or wash it on self-service before delivery. In my case, there was no need for a car wash, the car was clean (this was after a trip to Gagra, serpentine to Lake Ritsa). In cold weather, the box kicks a little, the car itself is not new, but with a speed limit of up to 99 km per hour, this is not critical. It's a pleasure to drive along the serpentine on a penny, there were no problems with the navigator without the Internet, I downloaded offline maps. I brought the car back to the square myself, stayed at the Abash hotel, walked back from the square for 15 minutes along the embankment. I advise you not to fill up a full tank right away, figure out the route, there are a lot of gas stations. Due to the speed limit and the many descents from the mountains, gasoline is not consumed much, a full tank could not be refueled. There are a lot of horses and cows on the roads, but this did not cause any problems. The car was accepted without problems, the deposit was returned in full. The car cost 9700 for 2 days. If you do not take delivery to the hotel and do not pour a full tank of gasoline, it will be cheaper.

By the way, 6000rubles were spent on the entire rental period (rent for 3 days)+2100₽ (AI-95), a deposit of 10000₽ (returned in full immediately after accepting the car on the card). I had no experience on the right steering wheel, but I coped with it, went to Lake Ritsa, New Athos fortress, monastery, Sukhum, etc. The car is frisky, compact, economical, I recommend it to girls. Before the start, they verbally warned not to violate the rules, including the speed limit. Naturally, it accelerated over 100 km/h several times (the maximum was 160). As a result, referring to the contract, they did not return the deposit of 10 thousand rubles. I think that such punishments in the contract as a fine of 2000 rubles for each excess of speed should be warned in advance. In response, read the contract. It's unpleasant. The mood was ruined. Be prepared for such an outcome. Yes, they will also ask for 700 rubles for the sink. Which is also not necessary to know in advance.
In general, the service is full of surprises, it's a pity!

We took a white prius for five days - we were very satisfied! I can't imagine what we would do in Abkhazia without a car, drove around the cities and attractions, Lake Ritsa, fortresses, palaces, Sukhum..
Despite the fact that we arrived out of season (the end of October), we were able to feel the atmosphere of the country with the car without crowds of tourists - we walked as much as we wanted in all key places!
I'll also note that she responds briskly to the gas pedal, so it's very comfortable to drive. For the first time we saw such fuel economy! It was comfortable to sit on long trips, + connecting music via bluetooth decorated our adventures!

2) in no case exceed the speed limit of 100 km/ h, otherwise a fine. The car has GPS, the owners see and control everything.
3) the car is served clean - you need to return it clean. I don't want to bother with the sink, minus 1,000 rubles from the deposit)
Although I personally got tired of washing this minivan at the self-service car wash for 200 rubles) foam, wax, disc cleaner, and still poured water for 5 minutes)

We rented a bronze-colored Toyota Prius car from this rental company, state number R177, for two days on July 3 and 4. The car was needed for a day. At the first call, the amount of 3,000 per day and 10,000 deposit was given. I said I'd think about it. A few minutes later, they called back and offered 2500 per day, subject to rent for two days. As a result, I agreed that I would take the car for a day and, if anything, extend the lease, and they would recalculate after. At first everything was fine, they brought us a car to the place where we lived, BUT with a delay of more than an hour and a half from the agreed time closer to 12 a.m. We signed a contract on the spot without inspecting the car (we agreed that in the morning I would take pictures and send them to Whatsup). They were given without collateral with the possibility to transfer in the morning for their own reasons. They warned that they have GPS, they are watching everyone and if there is a speed of 99+, then there will be a fine of 2000. And then the adventures began. I drive sooo calmly this time, my wife is still a pain in the ass and a billion times she will ask me to drive quieter, turn off the air conditioner or turn it down or up, turn on/off the music, etc. Plus, I'm in a country I don't know, driving along streamers and having a wife and child behind my back... In general, my eyes ran from the road to the speedometer, just not to raise my head, not to hear my wife's whining and not fly away in a turn, and, by the way, this rusty scratched bucket from all sides is, in principle, difficult to disperse more than 100 and at a speed of 70 it already wobbles from side to side in turns, which was another factor not exceed.
