I took a BMW 118I for a day. Before that, I traveled around Abkhazia on a Fit for a week. The goal was to enjoy driving on winding roads, and the penny seemed to meet my criteria. The two-liter engine and the interesting handling provided by the manufacturer promised pleasant emotions. But when I saw one burning headlight of a car coming towards me, doubts crept in. My concerns about the condition of the car were confirmed by opening the door. The obscenely greasy seats, the fallen-out interior parts, and the doors closing with the sound of garage doors immediately made me look at the dashboard, where the check was shining. However, this is the norm for BMW)). Driven. The car jerks at low speeds. But the main disappointment was ahead. Driving through the first speed bump, it became clear that you can forget about good handling. There is no suspension from the word at all. Even the Fit I used before had a much more energy-intensive and pleasant suspension.
This penny cost 3,000 and another 200 was charged for a baby booster (with an isofix mount and wildly inconvenient for a child. I even had to deploy it). For comparison, the fit, which generally left a more pleasant feeling along with the booster, cost 2000 and at the same time it had a Wi-Fi router, which was not the case in bmw. One of the advantages of the BMW is the traction motor and the fact that I went back on my own.

I am satisfied with this company. The issue with the car was resolved very quickly, after a couple of hours they were taken to the hotel in Gudauta from there and picked up for a small fee. We took a BMW i120 car in excellent technical condition for its age. Everything works, the terms of the lease are clear and transparent. There are no pitfalls. I recommend this company!!!

We took an old Mazda in May 2024 at the office in Sukhumi. They returned it to Gagra. The office in Gagra, as we understood, was not working at that time - the owner specially came from Sukhum to pick up the car here.
We were worried that the car would be killed (it's probably 20 years old), but no, it's going briskly. We rode a lot, for three days there was not a hint of malfunction.
There is a fined speed threshold - either 90 or 100 km/ h, I do not remember. We didn't have any problems with that. A little bit was deducted from the deposit for a refund in another city. We agreed on this in advance.
They do not find fault, there is no hourly billing for the last day. The impressions are good.

As they wrote in the post below in novy Athos, this is the address of the police, so do not be afraid. We took a Mazda car, clean and in good condition for its mileage. The air conditioner was working smartly, and so were all the electronics. I advise everyone.

Unfortunately, the guys have greatly spoiled their opinion of themselves. Initially, there was a positive impression: they kindly talked to us on the phone, the car was brought, as agreed. We were offered to hand over the car in the city of Psou and take it to the border. We agreed on a time. As a result, they waited for the man for an hour at the gas station, worried about missing the plane. At the same time, they were genuinely surprised by our dissatisfaction. For them, being an hour late is the norm. Plus, we were charged 1000, explaining that handing over the car is a paid service! When we became indignant, we were told that the free delivery of the car takes place in certain parking lots. Of course, this is the first time we've heard about it. Be prepared for the fact that they will try to cheat you for money.

The car is in good technical condition, there is no km limit, of course they will not allow you to drive off-road, but this is for your own safety.
The car was ready to be provided an hour after the call, in a city convenient for US.
