A wonderful bakery with incredibly delicious desserts, just a godsend for people with allergies, celiac disease
Pistachio and vanilla eclair - I especially recommend it! Unforgettable!❤️
All top 🫶🏻
Honey cakes are very delicate and light!
The location is central, so you can comfortably run in the morning for fresh pastries ☺️🍪
And most importantly, you can take natural fresh BG bread, not industrial bread from a store with a shelf life of six months.
A wonderful place 💛
I'm actually shocked that there is such an institution. As a person with celiac disease, it takes me a very long time to find food. I've been in Yerevan for 3 days, and I've been in all 3 days. I took mostly pastries and eclair once - I really liked everything, I wish I had time to try everything. I will definitely come back when I come again. The bakery itself is very homely, as if you came to visit, not to a cafe, and there is a special charm in this.
My impressions of the mentioned assortment (gluten and lactose free):
Pistachio roll with rice flour and raspberry filling: the biscuit part was a little dry, but the filling with natural raspberry flavor and cream with delicate, balanced sweet milk of the brand fill the aforementioned gap. The piece is quite large, the cost is 1,500 rubles.
🥨 Chocolate roll with a layer of soft sponge cake and again a delicious berry filling and a creamy layer (1500 drams per piece).
🥨 Bird's milk and Ghat have a fairly low weight (1200 and 600 grams), but the taste is different, there is a faint, pleasant aftertaste of butter.
The manufacturer indicates that marshmallows are made on the basis of agar; the taste is berry and balanced with sweetness.
3 Chocolate 🍫 🤗
According to the manufacturer, it is rich in milk of vegetable origin, but contains lactose and chocolate.
The average size is 1,700 pieces.
The piece was fresh, the amount of sweet was balanced.
I liked the fact that there was no taste and consistency of thick gelatin mass or cream. It was a less greasy version than the classic one, but at the same time it turned out to be delicious.
I would recommend that you try this option cold.
The seller mentioned that gluten-free flour was used for baking.
For me, the value is a bit exaggerated (not just for this range), regardless of whether the gluten-free or plant-based version of the milk is used.
It would also be desirable to have a comfortable place for sitting and tasting (a separate cafe area).
I will continue to explore and use the pastry shop, as it offers a fairly wide range of both desserts and bread.
