It's a disgusting place and the master is definitely not a professional. Snezhana is just a nightmare and a disappointment.
From the very beginning, she acted like she was doing me a favor. She was constantly sighing, rolling her eyes, and being rude. When I sat down in the chair, she didn't ask a single question, just looked at me and then asked with annoyance - "What are we going to do?!"
The result, as expected, turned out to be mediocre. The haircut could have been much better, it was clear that the master was not going to try.
She came out in a terrible mood and with the firm conviction that she would not set foot here again. I do not recommend it to anyone - neither the salon, nor even this master.
I used to go to Gloria to see Master Yana and was very happy, but she left. It's a pity that I trusted and without looking at the reviews in advance, I just signed up for a top master. Judging by the rest of the reviews, this is not my first, and certainly not the last, unless Master Snezhana is finally fired.

The first hairdresser, you can't exactly call it a salon, after visiting which there was an unpleasant aftertaste. The receptionists at the reception are gloomy, it seems that people just come to work because they have to do it. The atmosphere is generally heavy, there is no warmth and care for the client. You are advised by a master who is not competent enough, as it turned out. I'll tell you a little bit about the background. I was looking for a haircut master who interested me and I was advised by master Snezhana that she was very good at this and warned about the cost of her services, the price of any haircut is 45 rubles. I was already happy, because I think the higher the price, the more professional the master is. And I was sure that if that haircut didn't suit me according to the master, then she would be able to offer something else. I signed up for a consultation, showed a photo and didn't hear anything in response. All I was told was "you have very thick hair." I will add explanations- I have read a lot about haircuts, which I wanted, and it is so universal that it can be cut for any type of hair, as well as the shape of the face, since there are enough variations. But they couldn't explain anything to me about the haircut. Already here I could leave, but since there was a need to update the haircut, I agree with the master that I have thick hair and the haircut will look voluminous and then I suggest cutting my hair according to the haircut that I had. And in the end, I was disappointed with the result (I'll attach a photo below). There was regret about the time spent. But since I always find advantages out of unpleasant situations)). I realized for myself that this was my experience, albeit unpleasant, and immediately Noted that I should not hesitate to ask questions to the master and thereby make sure of his professionalism. And what is probably the most important thing for myself, I learned that not always an expensive service is a high-quality service. And, yes, the cost of the service included the haircut itself, wash your hair, dry it, and this is without the use of thermal protection products for hair during drying. For some, this barbershop is Cool and everyone has found their master there, but my personal experience turned out to be different.
