Excellent master Snezhana, protects hair more than the client) He will always advise you how to get the best result with the least shocks to your hair. Which is another significant plus for me - you can comfortably keep quiet with her and relax in the process. A year and a half later, after a complex coloring in the "full head", where all the ends were burned, I almost finally restored my hair. You can put your head in professional hands and not worry about the result

It's a disgusting place and the master is definitely not a professional. Snezhana is just a nightmare and a disappointment. From the very beginning, she acted like she was doing me a favor. She was constantly sighing, rolling her eyes, and being rude. When I sat down in the chair, she didn't ask a single question, just looked at me and then asked with annoyance - "What are we going to do?!" The result, as expected, turned out to be mediocre. The haircut could have been much better, it was clear that the master was not going to try. She came out in a terrible mood and with the firm conviction that she would not set foot here again. I do not recommend it to anyone - neither the salon, nor even this master. I used to go to Gloria to see Master Yana and was very happy, but she left. It's a pity that I trusted and without looking at the reviews in advance, I just signed up for a top master. Judging by the rest of the reviews, this is not my first, and certainly not the last, unless Master Snezhana is finally fired.
