We booked a flight at 10:00 from Slutsk, according to the schedule, the minibus at the station in Slutsk at 10:47, at 10:51 we dialed the driver, he was already in Soligorsk, called the dispatcher, their answer was that they needed to call them, because according to the application, the driver leaves Minsk closes his flight and does not look more, they also don't track anymore, why then apply if they don't watch? There are different situations, we used to book in 10 minutes using the application, and everything was fine, minibuses stopped by, then what's the point of the application if the dispatcher is not looking and you need to call them?
