We rested in this place in the month of August. The houses are new and very beautiful.
There are only three houses, located on the territory of a private house where the owners live (mother and son).
The sea is 10 minutes away by car.
It's a very long walk, keep in mind. But we are lovers of quiet relaxation and it suited us.
The yard is very beautiful and well maintained. Tangerine garden inside the yard, grapes, kiwis, grapefruits, persimmons.
Also in the courtyard there are three dining tables and a shared kitchen for cooking, there is a refrigerator, stove, washing machine. Washing is free, but you need to have your own powder.
Inside the houses on the ground floor there is a double bed, a bookcase for things nearby, a sofa, a TV. Also on the 1st floor there is a bathroom with a shower cabin. The downside is the lack of hooks in the bathroom, there is nowhere to hang personal belongings.
There is a double bed on the second floor and that's it. No bedside table for things (although there is very little space, but a small one can be crammed in), no shelves, nothing, just a bed.
A big disadvantage for us was the regular blackout.
The owners have a generator, but they do not want to turn it on, referring to the fact that the light will be turned on soon.
But it was usually turned on in the evening. And at lunchtime (in the heat), the houses are terribly hot and the TV also becomes useless. When the light was turned on, there was sometimes a weak voltage and the air conditioner turned on and off by itself. And the light bulb on the 2nd floor was barely burning.
Room cleaning is not provided here, you clean yourself if necessary.
And when we moved in, the house was not clean. The toilet was dirty, personal belongings of past guests were lying behind the bed. It's not pleasant.
Nature and the houses are beautiful, but that's it. We wouldn't have come here a second time.
The idea of houses is good, but they need to be looked after, and certainly not by an elderly woman.
