It is expensive and not of high quality.The brake tube was changed, the mechanic's negligence was committed, namely, the tube was incorrectly laid as a result, it was worn out (less than two weeks have passed since the repair)When applying for repairs, they refused, and pointed out my fault for the malfunction (allegedly assembled correctly).The communication of the staff is boorish, there are also no solutions to the problem.

There is the number one car repair shop in Baranovichi, and to be honest, in general, in my top, this service is probably the best of all that I have been to.
our acquaintance happened back in 2013, when I brought my Alfa Romeo 159 here after at least 3 Moscow specialized (I emphasize) services and 2 more Baranovichi ones with knocks in the suspension. Due to an incorrect diagnosis, I replaced a bunch of everything that was working with a new one, but nothing changed. And I was already driving to the Main Road with great skepticism, but after an hour of diagnosis, the guys came out (it was obvious that they had suffered a lot) with the verdict - the supports of the front shock absorbers. Seeing my disbelief (for which I apologize), the guys demonstrated immediately how the malfunction was detected. And indeed, their diagnosis turned out to be correct. All these years, I had to contact here infrequently, but more than once, however, on less complex issues) and again the guys showed their potential already on an Alfa Romeo Giulia, driven by a car carrier after serious body repairs from Moscow, according to a locksmith already assembled urgently for shipment to Baranovichi. When moving under my own power, I found a lot of extraneous sounds in the suspension, without hesitation I drove the car to the State Duma, the guys again, as in my first visit, after a lot of digging, found the missing levers, made a camber-convergence and the car turned from a pumpkin into an Alpha)
Of the disadvantages, I can only name an overestimated one (again, in comparison with other Baranovichi car repair shops) the cost of the work (I needed to change the oil and filters of the cabin, air on the Fiat Punto), they offered to change it for 112 rubles, while in another (also decent) car repair shop they did IT for 65 (in Baranovichi in the sense). Sometimes THAT's just THAT, to be honest, 112 rubles is too expensive for Punto, even for Moscow car repair shops)) Well, anyway, I repeat - the service is TOP in all respects (starting with diagnosticians and mechanics and ending with acceptance with free ground coffee and a slightly exaggerated interior, but also charming:)!

I booked a car almost two days in advance, a booking confirmation came, a reminder came a day before the start of the rental, I came to pick up the car, it turned out that there was no reservation, but the car was in long-term rental.
There are no other available cars either, although the site still shows a bunch of free cars. Most of all, the question of the manager dealing with the registration of car rentals killed: What about you for today? At the same time, no one even apologized.

Firstly, I had cases that I needed some kind of spare part kapets as urgently, everywhere under the order, and here they were in stock.
As for the service, it's like riding an s-class and a Muscovite, both of them go, but it's nicer in the esque) so here, yes, the service is expensive, but the client is "licked", there are cheaper services, but they will not pay so much attention to your person there) incl. who bought a car with the last money, you are definitely not here)

But personally, I always drove her to the car wash before handing over. It was a shame somehow))
The design, the staff - everything is at the highest level.
The waiting rooms are just a bomb!!
And as for the repairs, I have never seen empty boxes there. And I took cars there often))
If there are cars all the time, then people believe them and go to them for repairs. And that means something.
I would like to mention the director, Sergey Alexandrovich, separately.
In any issues with him, we found a compromise.
The person is customer-oriented, and this pleases.
