I will leave a review as an employee, a very terrible attitude towards the staff (maybe it's only for the new ones), but after working there for a week, I just didn't want to go out there after the third day of work, there are practically no guests, you work as a bartender, but also as a dishwasher, although there is a dishwasher in the bar, but glass is forbidden there for example, you load, you only make coffee for the staff all day, after that you still have to wash them, although there are no guests really all day, it seems that we work for the guests and make a compliment from the company and for the guests at the expense of the company, but the staff goes to the bar more and you have twice as much work. After working for 5 days in a black shirt, only then the director noticed that I had a black one and asked me to replace it with a white one))) I didn't see them for 5 days, after that it turns out they wear a white shirt, I also gave them an ultimatum, I quote: "you have one day to change your shirt," and if a person does not have the opportunity, etc. Without even paying an advance, they are already asking to buy something for the sake of their rules and categoricality - wrong! Regarding the remuneration of employees, this is generally a separate topic, for my internship 7 days worked, I waited exactly 1.5 months for payment! Although it was promised, you can take an advance payment after a week worked, and you will receive your salary next month, I waited 1.5 months, and then I wrote and bothered the responsible bartender, almost every day, the person did not refuse to pay my days worked, just pulled 1.5 months (most likely payments do not depend on him, but he took to work for me, be kind and be responsible for my role and payments), and then he just disappeared and stopped responding to my messages, another bartender had a good contact, wrote to him where the senior was, to which I was told he flew on vacation, I say I need to pay my days worked, to which I am answered only through him. The person just went on vacation without finishing the job and at least warned the accountant and me not to bother him on vacation on this issue, he just left, and I waited for the person to return from vacation, upon arrival I wrote off with him for two more days day and night to get paid, and then I finally had a happy ending still paid! In general, my purely personal opinion is a shame for such a company, I did not have such a large amount, and besides, since childhood I dreamed of working in this company and thought they were on top in all positions, I was very wrong and disappointed!
