Excellent mini-hotel with swimming pool, billiards, tennis.Good breakfasts, reasonable prices. Hospitable hosts.Nearby they sell the best khinkali with delivery very cheaply.

We lived in this guest house for 3 days. I really liked it, nice room, clean, beautiful, decent renovation. On-site swimming pool,tennis table,Parking. Everything is in good condition. Breakfast is included, quite decent. Special respect to the owner-Karen, a very pleasant person to talk to. Thank you, I recommend it

We rested with my wife for 3 days
Wonderful, hospitable hosts , a very warm and clean pool , delicious food !
A separate topic is wine....🤩🤩🤩
The owners make it themselves , it 's nectar !
In general, I recommend it without any , BUT ! 100500% is a great place !
I forgot . There is a large grocery store within a 3- minute walk , and a fantastic barbecue is being fried on the next street !

The dog is constantly barking!
One is running around the yard, the other is on a leash. And here is the one that is tied up, barking day and night without a break! Poor dog! Then why start them at all? It's just impossible to listen to it 24/7! A nightmare!

Karen's boss is a dishonest man! My friend and I planned to stay for a week, we paid for the accommodation in advance. But the plans changed, we moved out a couple of days later. The money was not returned to us. That's what an adult man should do with two young girls, knowing that we are tourists and will not be able to do anything in a foreign country, I consider piggishness and meanness! Since there was a reservation and payment via the Airbnb app, we moved out thinking that the money would be refunded to us. But for a long time they could not contact them (either there was no Internet, or they answered for a long time). In general, we called him again, because the money had already been transferred to him. He sent us in plain text. You see, he was hooked that we left earlier than planned!!!
