I talked to them on Instagram to reserve room for family on 31st of December. They asked for 500000 soum deposit and promised that I will get my deposit if I show up on time. I went there on time and had worst meal of my life. I ordered a dish, however, after wasting 30 mins, they told me they can't prepare it. I chose two other dishes that were supposed to be made of fish and lamb meat. The dish that was supposed to be of lamb meat was prepared in beef whereas fish was tasteless. When it comes to paying the bill, they told me that 500000 soum deposit won't be compensated as it was rooms charges. I called my uzbek friend and explained the situation and sent him proof of them agreeing to return the deposit via their texts on Instagram, he argued with them to adjust the deposit of 500000 soum in bill. The only respect that I have is for the waiters. They were so humble, professional, and caring. Management and food quality was worst

I do not recommend going there to anyone, I ordered kebabs, waited 50 minutes, did not bring them, decided to close the bill for 2 salads that were not tasty. They put pressure on the waiters to pay for it themselves, and in the end, they regretted it…
The kebabs are too salty and the meat is tough
In general, the place is not very
There's dirt in the booths, the appliances are all dirty, as a result, the barbecue is not finished, I'm not in the mood, I'm hungry.

A place with interesting gazebos and busts of ancient heroes at the entrance. For the sake of a joke, I thought it was Gaius Julius and Augustus Octavian. This is where the positive ends. The cabin was dirty, the kitchen and service were mediocre. Many items were missing from the menu. It left the impression that people come there to drink and bribe an official. Both are very popular local activities.

The place is pleasant, fountains, microclimate, delicious meat, especially chuponcha and alat samsa... but there are nuances that are repulsive: plates and spoons should be washed better, curtains should be washed more often (they are dusty), staff should be trained (every 2-3 months different young people serve, by the look of students, and those who came there for temporary work). I would like to fix this.

The kitchen is good. Especially soames and ground shish kebab. The vinaigrette is excellent. The staff is young and friendly. Cozy atmosphere. Cosmetic repairs and furniture replacement are required.

Patyr (flatbread) is cold. It is not clear why, given that there is a bakery with fresh bread across the street where they could shop.
Soups are tasteless. I took a shurpa and another one, I forgot the name. I didn't finish the shurpa. Very bad.
Salads are also so-so. Achichuk is normal, the vinaigrette is disgusting.
They cheat with the check: they punch through extra dishes.
15% is charged for additional services.

We went many times, we liked everything, the last time almost everything was inedible, French fries, like from a frying pan, terrible, greasy, the cook does not understand what fries are at all, salads are terrible, sprinkled with unknown cheese, in Caesar salad pieces of smoked chicken are tiny small and with bones. And the samsa board has become half as small and tasteless, and before we went there specifically to buy it. Either the cook is different or no one is watching the kitchen. All the dishes were just disgusting. The lamb meat was as dry as crackers, the cook just ruined all the products. He can't cook at all. Change the cook.
