I talked to them on Instagram to reserve room for family on 31st of December. They asked for 500000 soum deposit and promised that I will get my deposit if I show up on time. I went there on time and had worst meal of my life. I ordered a dish, however, after wasting 30 mins, they told me they can't prepare it. I chose two other dishes that were supposed to be made of fish and lamb meat. The dish that was supposed to be of lamb meat was prepared in beef whereas fish was tasteless. When it comes to paying the bill, they told me that 500000 soum deposit won't be compensated as it was rooms charges. I called my uzbek friend and explained the situation and sent him proof of them agreeing to return the deposit via their texts on Instagram, he argued with them to adjust the deposit of 500000 soum in bill. The only respect that I have is for the waiters. They were so humble, professional, and caring. Management and food quality was worst
I do not recommend going there to anyone, I ordered kebabs, waited 50 minutes, did not bring them, decided to close the bill for 2 salads that were not tasty. They put pressure on the waiters to pay for it themselves, and in the end, they regretted it…
The kebabs are too salty and the meat is tough
