We constantly buy medicines at the pharmacy located in our house on Imanova 41. Friendly and professional pharmacists used to work here. But with the arrival of a new employee, Assem, the situation deteriorated dramatically. Assem answers questions about drugs, for example, about the availability of analogues, with a dissatisfied look and the words "I don't know". Ignores greetings or responds through clenched teeth. Communication with clients is accompanied by irritation and an unpleasant tone, and requests to explain information about drugs should be refused. When I tried to make a comment about the need for polite communication in the service sector, Assem said that a pharmacy is "not a service." After that, she began to mockingly bow and say, "I listen and obey." This behavior is extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. Regular customers, such as our family, appreciate quality service. A pharmacist is a part of the service sector where professionalism and basic communication ethics are important. The assembly scares away customers with its behavior and spoils the reputation of the entire network. She always has a repulsive expression and an unpleasant manner of communication, as if clients are bothering her. We hope that the management will take action.
