It doesn't work out - there are many other positions where you don't need to communicate with people. Your employees are the face of the company. For the past 2 times, your company with such a face has been like this. Unfortunately, for repeated "polite and tactful" communication with the buyer, a minus star.

The first time was in this store. Nice, spacious, clean, large selection of products. But as soon as I went into the vegetable department, it was just like at the bazaar. There is a merch - two adult women, swearing and threatening a girl from another department. And they see that people are looking at them, but they still stand and shout. I came to the cashier - two cashier girls communicate with each other. Our cashier turns to her, proves something. And the funniest thing is that there is a phone on the cash register near the scales. She calmly picks up and texts with someone. I pay, I give pennies to make it easier for the girl to give change. I was arrogantly told that she would not take these pennies and threw them back, arguing that ruble coins had been taken from her. I understand that the conditions in such stores are not very good, and the salary is accordingly. But is work ethic a joke? Why should people who leave money in this store listen to swearing and tolerate such an attitude towards themselves?
I don't find fault with a smile, I work with people myself and I understand how difficult it is. But I'm sorry, this attitude is disgusting.
The store has gone nowhere further. The bakery site is just below the baseboard. I will not write about the constant absence of the seller, a small selection of buns and cakes.
