The feed is advertised on the website, at the lowest price in the city, but you will not be able to buy it))). I've tried to do this 3 times. The first two times they offered a delivery time that didn't suit me (too long). For the 3rd time, I decided to order in advance, while the food was still available at home, as a result, they led me by the nose for 2.5 weeks, and they could not deliver the food, although the product status was still in stock on the website.

14.10.24 when visiting this store.. The best employees worked!! Customer focus is zero. We ordered dog food 4 weeks before that day, as a result, we sold the whole evening from 18 to 22, the order was not delivered. The phone was not answered. As a result, after correspondence with this store, we were informed that our order was not included in the list of couriers, and it was suggested to come and pick up the order yourself or wait for the courier the next day. Considering that we arrived in Minsk for 1 day, it was not very convenient for us to wait all day for the courier. Upon arrival at the store, the staff could not find our collected order for a long time. They called us non-locals, not very respectfully, considering that we paid more than 500 Belarusian rubles for food.
When asked why the order was not delivered yesterday, the manager replied that she did not work yesterday and did not care.
To the General Director: to inform the staff of this institution that it is necessary to talk to customers respectfully, to enter into their position and provide service and quality, as well as not to be rude to people, wherever they come from.

I didn't like it, the sellers' consultations all the time rested on the phrase - you should go to the veterinarian. I was at the vet, there are no clear recommendations, you need to pick up food. And the seller can't really advise you.
The second point. I came for food, but there is not the right amount of it. I suspect the form goes badly when ordering for pickup. And that's not what bothered me. And the fact that they tried to convince me that this is the way it should be.
