hello, the staff is polite, the atmosphere is super, everything is cooked quickly, I like everything here, it's delicious and the price is great too

We ordered Lotus waffles on the recommendation of the waiter. The waffles were uncooked and liquid inside. We informed the waiter, and in response we heard that I would tell the cook well. No alternative was offered (either to redo or remove from the order). It is important to adhere to the concept that is shown in the menu. The appearance was not the same and there were few additions! It is worth considering and working out such moments because it is not very pleasant to be in such a situation.
