Best gelato and waffles in town. Food is also great. Service is another 5 star feature of this particular Giotto (special thanks to a Turkish man who is the manager I guess).

I love Giotto. Their meals, desserts, ice-cream, coffees and teas, are just one of a kind. It is good place to visit with your friends, family and colleagues as well. The branch at Maksim Gorkiy is famous with its mirrors at stairs where you can take a lot great selfies and photos.

We visited this restaurant and were absolutely delighted! The service is top notch — the staff is very polite and attentive. The bar left a special impression — an excellent variety of drinks without alcohol, everything is prepared with professionalism and incredibly tasty. Special thanks to manager Oleg for his care and organization, as well as to barista Zied for the beautifully prepared drinks. We will definitely come back again!

But the branch on gastronomic street is the exact opposite. There's always something missing, something else comes out in the food all the time. Even with waffles, yes, even in the cake of hair. The food is delicious, the ice cream is delicious. But desserts are not always fresh. The staff is very slow, unresponsive, does not understand the menu. The barista doesn't know how to make coffee at all.... today we took coffee to take away. No one has overdone the syrup so much. The establishment is good, but not this branch obviously.

This particular branch is the worst. We have been to Uzbekistan 2 times, visited the branches of this network in Bukhara on the last trip and this time in Tashkent. Boiled noodles without salt with a little sauce, cold. It's terribly simple! Also, the cost is not in vain, you know. They didn't give us any salt or sugar. Drink your tea, eat your noodles, and goodbye. There was simply no one from the staff in the hall. That is, not to ask to bring something, nor to place an order. I ordered shakshuka for breakfast, it was delicious. I was upset by the behavior of the manager, who allows himself to raise his voice to the guests, argue and not fulfill his task of customer orientation. The bill was calculated incorrectly, we were asked to remove unnecessary positions: the waiter did not understand several times and invited the manager, who showed the amount to be paid from his phone(!) and left. After paying the bill, when we have already gone outside, the waiter catches up with us and demands more money. After him, the manager runs out and "shakes his rights" in a raised tone, instead of peacefully coming to an agreement between the parties. The mood is spoiled, although I used to like this place. By the way, neither the waiter nor the manager even introduced themselves.
