Good location, excellent assortment, no complaints at all. But the downside is waiting! And how can you infuriate an absolutely non-confrontational person. I always get into the position of employees, there is always a human factor, etc. Someone will think that this is a quibble. But standing and waiting for 25 minutes to be served is too much. At least indicate the time the employee left, the phone number where you can contact and other things.
Everything can be understood, but this is not understandable! In the modern world, when time is valuable, no one appreciates it except himself..

A very cool place, the service is excellent. Of course, you have to wait a long time when other people's goods are packed, but I was sympathetic. The seller Marina is very responsive and manages to serve other customers past us and knows the whole range, I bought a gift for my mother and was very surprised that she makes bows herself, but it is advisable to discuss this in advance as it may take some time. Very pleasant memories remained from her work, mom is happy, everything turned out as I wanted))))

It was very bad, Minsk, although a big city, but few people sell gel balls before 22:00. The young man's birthday, the time is 21:30, there are no balloons, panic has begun. I found this wonderful store on the maps, called and warned about my luck. I was greeted with a smile, a large selection of Balloons and candles at a pleasant price. We went to buy two badges, we see that the girl is busy packing a gift for a person, we wait 10 minutes out of politeness to finish, but she starts to take out the second one for packaging. We asked: "Can you serve us, please," she says: "Can't you see I'm busy?" in a rude tone. We asked, do we have to wait another half hour? She says yes. Well, we left, we ask you to deal with this girl and teach her how to handle clients correctly: we only needed to attach a card (5 seconds of her attention). Thank you.
