The site has gone bad, does not perform its functions, steals money and allows scammers to apply!! After paying for the order "Trip Request No. 19748591", I was simply deceived, the carrier canceled the trip on its own, a few hours before it started! My family was greatly inconvenienced (I was flying with small children and had to take another transfer with them) and an additional waste of money!! In addition, GetTransfer.com retains previously paid funds for an unproven service for about three months!! Now think about whether it's worth contacting them!! I'm publishing it again!!! Yandex does not want to publish honest and unpaid reviews!!!

The service is disgusting, the support is not responding, the money for the failed trip is not refunded. I ordered a taxi from a hotel in Phuket to the airport via the app, ordered in advance a few days in advance, the payment was charged immediately, but at the appointed time on 10/14/2024 the driver did not arrive, did not respond to the chat, they hardly got through and it turned out that he was asleep. As a result, I had to take a taxi from the hotel and pay again. A lengthy correspondence with support for more than a month turned out to be fruitless, the money was not returned as of 03/26/2025

We have already used gettransfer services and everything was fine. We have now ordered a transfer from the airport to Abu Dhabi in a day, arrived earlier and decided to contact the driver, he replied that the car had broken down and he would not arrive. The correspondence was sent to gettransfer support. No response, no refund, and unnecessary nerves. I highly do not recommend this service.
