I would like to share my impressions of a wonderful place. We celebrated the new year 2025 here. There's no better place for parties. All locations are very well thought out functionally and stylistically. A beautiful frontal place with a fireplace and a barbecue area - here we spent time warming ourselves with the flames. The shared summer kitchen was heated by a heat gun. The houses are very stylish. The hosts are friendly and customer-oriented. We were worried that we would freeze at this time, but the houses are well heated with modern split systems. We were greeted with tangerines and champagne (each house had a bottle of Abkhaz champagne). Everything we need is there, and if something was missing, then everything was fulfilled at our request. We will definitely come back here in the summer. I'm attaching some photos near the hotel.

I was vacationing in Abkhazia on New Year's holidays, I was choosing a hotel for a long time, and when I saw these cool houses, I realized that HERE! This is my vacation home! Very cozy houses, well-groomed territory, decorated in a New Year's style, beautiful views of the mountains, very close to the sea. It's really cool to walk around and enjoy such beautiful views. Those who love nature and some privacy should come here.
Great cabin owners, they will always help you with any question, choose an excursion, have a delicious meal, find beautiful places to walk, and treat you to delicious tangerines! It's a very emotional place, and I have very good memories. Thank you, Laura and Dima!

We had a rest in March. Very hospitable hosts)) We were presented with a lot of tangerines, feijoa compote and champagne. It was a pleasure! The houses are clean, there is everything you need. Not crowded)) We didn't walk to the beach, but we got there by car in a couple of minutes. The territory of the cabins is well maintained. There is a kitchen with everything you need. All in all, a wonderful place to relax!
