About the work of the post office itself, I will say that in general, the staff is polite. but! The deliverymen working at this address are simply incompetent! It's not the first time that a package has not been delivered home and they write utter nonsense: they can't get through, the intercom allegedly doesn't work, or the person is not at home. But in fact, there were no calls, the phone is always waiting, and there is no electronic code on the door at all and you can safely enter, you leave work on purpose so that everything is brought to you, and as a result they write: the courier could not deliver the parcel, go yourself and pick it up from the post office. Is this an adequate courier job at all? What do they get paid for then? Why lie so blatantly?

The staff is polite, but for some reason it costs GEL 2 to pick up a parcel from the post office and the delivery is free.
