The beds and mattresses are comfortable . There is air conditioning and TV . Everything works and functions. The floor in the room is carpeted . There is a refrigerator , a kettle , cups , glasses , etc . In general , everything is not bad . I myself did not specify about other options for settling in , but breakfast was not included in our option . Right there at the hotel there is a cafe where you can have an affordable and appetizing snack . The hotel itself is located on the highway not far from Yerevan airport.
In general, for a budget and decent stop, it's quite enough.
