We took 2 cars in August - a Mini Cooper convertible and a Mazda 6. The service is at the highest level, the guys told us everything in detail about the rules, restrictions and features. You can pay in different ways, which is very convenient, especially for Russian citizens.
No additional hidden costs, everything is transparent and understandable.
During the second lease, we had an accident through no fault of our own, we had extended insurance, so it was enough to call the police and report to the insurance company, the landlord did not make any additional gestures, payments and claims against us. At the same time, after the accident, the company's employees were in touch with us and helped us resolve all issues, for which we thank them very much.
The only thing I want to draw attention to is that when renting a vehicle, no PTS is issued, however, in the event of an accident, police officers asked us for documents and said that a fine is issued without documents.
As a result, we were not issued a fine, we also discussed this issue with the guys from the company, they said that they had never issued a fine during their entire work, and they did not issue documents for a number of understandable reasons (hijacking or evacuation, for example). We have no complaints in this part, but it's just worth keeping in mind when renting.
In the future, when visiting Georgia, we will definitely still use the company's services and recommend them to our friends.

But the car consumed 8.5 liters like a bus! They realized this in the first kilometers and wrote to the company. After completing the trip, they asked a question and asked for a modest compensation for overspending. For a moment, gasoline in Georgia costs under 100₽ a liter. To which they received a refusal. We came to the office, chose a car in stock. They told us about the peculiarities of driving in Georgia, explained everything according to the contract and gave us the keys. They came out and said here's the car, it was filmed on video, you can go.
It was a little scary, so we examined it ourselves and took pictures. But when it was handed over three days later in another city, not a single question arose.
The managers are cool guys, they will tell you everything.
I caught one fine, they showed it at the time of delivery, I paid it and that's it.

We traveled to Gori and Uplistsikhe in a large seven-seater Nisan car. I am absolutely delighted with the car! Then we took a Toyota Prius for a three-day trip to the south of Georgia. A very good, economical car, behaves perfectly on the road, low gasoline consumption, comfortable interior (only there was no phone holder, it was inconvenient to use the navigator). And recently we also took a FordFocus for one day - just a wonderful car, big, spacious, powerful and maneuverable (and beautiful :)
The cars are always clean outside and inside (this is important to me), before using them, managers conduct a video inspection and fix all the flaws that may be on the car and throw them off to you in a chat, useful for history and finding out if anything.
The agreement is in two languages: Russian and Georgian.
The manager was always in touch with us by telegram and answered our stupid questions about what different strange icons on the panel mean. There, in the telegram, we agreed that we would hand over the car a little later than promised, all without problems.
Nice office, while you sign the contract, you can have tea or coffee and eat candy. Go to the toilet before a long journey :)
