Due to the problems with the quality of the frame installation, I contacted the customer service department by phone and it was agreed that he would come to me.specialist on October 03, 2022 from 09 to 12.00. At the same time, no one came and no one even called about the reasons for not showing up. This is despite the fact that I had to leave work and wait three hours. How can you work with clients in this way ???

We ordered both windows and doors. I can't say that everything with this company was perfect, but they communicated with me politely, the manager and the measurer, the installers, depending on who arrives, some even talked very well, the second so-so (they didn't tell us to do this, we shouldn't) but I don't pay attention to this, maybe the truth is somewhere We didn't understand each other. There was a problem with adjusting the door, they called, explained and they sent workers (how quickly I don't remember around 1-2 weeks) who adjusted everything and now there are no problems. So I can advise the company, since I have no problems with them, they always answer the calls and correct if something went wrong.

The difference in the initially announced price and the final one, boorish, always in a hurry installers, have something to compare. They want to save money everywhere, as if. The fittings are of so-so quality. 3.5 months later, the stopper broke (brazenly in half), the windows were not adjusted during installation. In general, the moral of this fable is as follows, in order to avoid hassle and unnecessary costs, avoid this "organization". I can only positively mention the measurer.
