We stayed at the Helios Guest House in August 2024. I am very glad that we stayed here. Check-in was at night (promptly, without any problems). The room is clean, snow-white linen, towels and comfortable beds. The room also had good sound insulation (neighbors with small children could not be heard at all))). Lovely spacious, clean kitchen. The kitchen has a gas stove, all the necessary good utensils, clean towels.
A peaceful, quiet, family-run hotel.
We recommend it!

We visited Alexander several times, at different times. And I will say that we will come AGAIN! The whole family liked it! First of all, the attitude. Alexander is a very caring and attentive host, always in touch, always helpful and helpful. We stopped by one night, Alexander met and placed it without any problems, there is Parking, the territory is closed. He solved all issues promptly and delicately. We were in different rooms, but each was clean, tidy + luxurious mattresses, very comfortable.
Special thanks to Alexander for his help with the excursions. We saw the gorgeous mountains of Abkhazia, waterfalls, Lake Ritsa from different heights, trout farms, mountain rivers and a bunch of cool locations for photos! And I also want to say that we have not seen such a good beach as in Lidzava anywhere else in Abkhazia, neither in Gagra, nor in Pitsunda, nor before Sukhum. Beautiful pine trees, small stones, convenient entrance to the water, there are cafes where you can have a snack and not only) And what sunrises and sunsets there are + clean air from the mountains! In a word, friends, if you want to relax mentally, enjoy the sea or just breathe clean air, I boldly recommend HELIOS! Alexander, thank you again! We'll be back soon)

We had a vacation with a family of four at the end of June and beginning of July 2024. I want to say first of all about Alexander, the topic of the guests is always: what, where and when. Do not take away the splendor of cleanliness and comfort of guests' accommodation. The kitchen for common use is chic and shiny, everything is there for cooking for small and large families. The room (we lived at #7, second floor) has a comfortable bed, sofa, snow-white linen and towels, which you can change on request. TV, Wi-Fi is excellent, kettle,cups, refrigerator. The bathroom with shower is combined and clean. The house is located on the second line from the seashore in a 10-minute walk, close to cafes, canteens and shops. We recommend it, we will definitely come.

We had a rest in September 2024. We were very satisfied with the chosen place, snow-white linen, everything you need in the room and in the kitchen, a trampoline in the yard for children,a mountain view from the dining room, 7 minutes to walk to the beach with crystal clear water, silence in the area, a shop and canteens 3-5 minutes walk, a minibus to Pitsunda passes nearby, we stopped for everyone satisfied, let's go back to Alexander in Helios and I recommend you without a doubt!

We stayed at the hotel from 23.06 to 30.06.2024.
Everything was discussed in advance with Alexander long before his arrival - there was constant feedback. As an experienced tourist, there have always been detailed and detailed answers to all questions.
The hotel is very conveniently located - there are shops, cafes nearby, not far from the sea. It is important for me that it is not very close and not very far to the sea on foot.
The hotel is new, the room is without unnecessary items - everything you need is a sooooo good bed with an excellent mattress - which is important to me. Snow-white linen, towels. A combined bathroom in the room, air conditioning, kettle, TV, Wi-Fi - everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you need something, you can always ask the owner - he will tell you everything, tell you, help.
A separate place is the kitchen!!!!! I have almost never seen such a thing anywhere. In a good way-as if she hadn't left home. There is everything you need and even more. There is no strain in order to prepare a meal for both yourself and your extended family. A gas stove, and not like many who offer a common "kitchen" - an electric stove with one burner, barely warming. Several refrigerators, sinks, good dishes. You can list a lot and for a long time - just come and relax at this wonderful hotel.
There is a trampoline for children. The only thing that just turned out to be important for me is that it seems to me that a small playground or a children's corner is missing. But this is purely according to my feelings.

We had a vacation with Ilona and Alexander at the end of August with friends. The most important plus for us is the wonderful hosts, very friendly, always help, tell you everything, always in touch. The rooms are clean, the view is beautiful, there is no check-out time, which is incredibly convenient! It is close to the sea, minibuses are nearby, cafes and shops are nearby. Good day to everyone. Remembering my first trip to Abkhazia, which happened in June 2023, I can say with confidence that the place of stay at the guest house "Helios" was perhaps the best privilege of our usual nomadic vacation. Our family has been traveling by car for several years in a row, although until this year we traveled almost the entire Crimea. Always! I repeat - always, we stay in one place for 2-3 days and drive on. The guest house at Alexander and Ilona's broke our intention, and we extended them again and again and again several times (!)for a few days. Super comfortable kitchen with a view of the wonderful mountains! Great atmosphere and cozy interior! Separately, I would like to say that the guys who own the house are very friendly and attentive. Ilona is a real hostess, clean and tremulous, constantly ironing, washing, wiping, washing, in general, creates comfort. Alexander is ready to solve any problem: he will tell you where, how and when it is better to go, what to pay attention to and feed you with a delicious barbecue! We will definitely come here for a vacation again, because we have only positive emotions and impressions left! Thank you very much

We had a rest in Abkhazia from Aug 24 to Sep 7. The room and kitchen are PERFECTLY CLEAN. There is a drinking water filter in the kitchen!
The plumbing is new, the shower room is spacious.
Good beds, not sagging orthopedic mattresses!
The bed linen and towels are perfectly white, like new.
The managers of the guest house will always answer all questions and tell you what, where and how. The price for a room in Helios is a gift! The beach is 10-15 minutes away at a sooo slow pace.
The sea is clean, the beach is Galichny, along the coast there are century-old Pitsund pines. In the heat of the day, you can hide in their shade. The lights are often turned off in Abkhazia. There is no generator in Helios, but it seems to be planned. The room has air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available on site. In general, we are very satisfied with the guest house and the rest. All that was missing was a playground and greenery on the territory of the guest house, and there were several hooks for keys and bags in the room at the entrance to the room. But these are small things. A very good impression of the guest house. Good health, good luck and all the best to Alexander and Ilona!

We recommend guest house Helios! The sensitive, caring and sooooo responsible hosts helped us in all matters - from "how to get to the sea" to "where to buy the best fresh fish".
This place is suitable for the most fastidious and clean housewives, as Helios is perfectly clean and well organized.
We have something to compare it with, since this is not the first time in Abkhazia. There is also a wonderful beach here, and although there are a lot of people (July, after all), there was enough space for everyone.

Good day!
In September 2021, we stayed at the Helios guest house with friends, we liked everything very much. !!!
The owners are very friendly, pleasant and courteous people, keep the brand at 120%. The rooms are neat and clean, a private bathroom (this is not everywhere in Abkhazia), comfortable beds, air conditioning and just a pleasant atmosphere.
The highlight of this guest house is an open terrace on the ground floor with a spacious and modern kitchen, there is everything you need, a gas stove, refrigerators, dishes - everything is in excellent condition (they were in another place before, there is a tin - kitchen area like in a kitchen, dishes are kolataya, all different, kettles are always taken by numbers, they heat the water almost in short order - some even bought it, they couldn't stand it.) And here everything is normal with this, even the situation is different. There is only one kettle, but there is enough for everyone!
The house is located off the road, which in turn is not a little important, you can not hear cars under the windows, you can enjoy the silence.
The distance to the beach is within walking distance, from this side the beach is considered the cleanest in Abkhazia.
Aleksand and his wife (the owners) are always happy to help and will explain with a smile any question, starting where you can go here, what is better not to buy, since you are offered a lot of things in the field of recreation (excursions), food and alcohol that does not always meet the expected quality and sanitation. We had a moment when my husband and I ate something that was not fresh and sat in the room all day on medication and, accordingly, did not eat anything, the owners, upon learning about this, treated us to a chicken broth with their own croutons! It was a very pleasant shock for us, we were like new the next day. For this, thank you very much to the hosts.
Aleksand does not explain everything to novyashevoy, gives advice, suggests options, and the choice is always yours, it's not how they usually try to get in. So do not hesitate to ask everything, be interested and this holiday will sparkle with new colors for you.
We were very lucky to have a conversation with Alexander (he usually doesn't do that, it looks like he was in a great mood) I took my friends on my own transport just to the mountains, where an indescribable and indescribable view of the sandy bay of Petsunda opens even in the photo. All this was still at sunset, well, it's just beautiful! Thanks a lot for this !!!
I advise everyone, everything was just at the highest level!

We visited Alexander and Ilona in 2021, but did not get there in 2022 because there was a repair.We are going again this year. I would like to say that such sincere hosts, which is reflected in the atmosphere and condition of the guest house. Everything is clean, neat, everything is new! We spent two autumns relaxing in Helios!! And this year will not be an exception either!
Great place, helpful host, good location! And what an air! On one side there are mountains, on the other-the sea and pine trees!
The guest house has simple but clean rooms, freshly renovated, large open kitchen, hot and cold water, Internet. Complete safety and a relaxing holiday!

Within walking distance of the clear sea and a beautiful beach! The best in Abkhazia!

I specially went to Abkhazia in the deep autumn to visit everywhere without queues. It was 100% successful. I settled in Helios on the recommendation of close friends and now I bitterly recommend this guest house for everyone who is going to Abkhazia.
Everything is clean in the rooms, there is no smell of dampness (and this is an indicator for houses on the seashore), the most gorgeous Internet (and this is an indicator for Abkhazia), but the most important thing is the owners, besides the fact that they are responsive and friendly, so they also saved me money by showing me where you can stock up on fruits for free and recommending more literate and cheaper options for my leisure time.

Vacationing with my wife and children in August 2021, this is not a guest house! That's 5. A star hotel! The owners are just doing their best to make us feel comfortable and cozy! The upper terrace is a feature of this (hotel) who designed this house respect him! I can't imagine any other place in Abkhazia, next time only here!

We had a rest at the end of September 2019.I liked everything. The rooms are great, everything is new. Hot and cold water, Wi-Fi. We walked 10-12 minutes to the sea with a small child, next year the owner will make a bridge and it will be twice as fast to the sea. The beach is great, there is no better nearby, pine trees are right next to the sea, the water is clean. There is a store near the house. We recommend it.
