Hello!!!! I LIKED THE HELIKON HOTEL, IT'S A NICE, QUIET PLACE, THE CONDITIONS ARE EXCELLENT, CHEAP, THEY communicate politely,+ the breakfast is excellent!!! in general, I advise everyone!!!!!!
Steel 5+👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I will come to the HELIKON hotel more often.
The hotel is right economy class. We arrived at 4 a.m. by plane to Tashkent, stayed at this hotel, there is no boiling water for coffee in the hotel itself at such a time. Check-in at 12:00, so we were charged 200 000 per day for the period from 5 am to 12:00, at 18 pm they asked if we were to leave the next day at 5 am, it turns out to be a day, the administrator affirmatively said that there was no need to pay more. Since we spent the previous night at the airport, went to bed early, the shift changed and at 10 pm we were woken up by knocking on the door and demanded payment for another day, the inconsistency of the staff is outraged by the disturbed peace, I think the hotel is for rest and customers should be respected. They knocked as if we would run away from them in the morning and not pay. Well, it turned out that from 5 am to 5 am for 2 people for 1 day they were paid 400,000, although the stated cost is 100,000 per day per person. And no receipts. I don't advise it, and I don't go there myself anymore.
It stands on the outskirts, all the factories are being broken down there, the oil cooler has already been demolished, and soon I think the nva, metal structures, and makhol will get there.
A great place to give breakfast especially in the morning those who work at the reception are also very unobtrusive and it is also very good that there is a small cafe on the guest island
The rooms are poorly cleaned, the furniture is old. The pastel is clean. The breakfasts are strange, they didn't bring us everything that the locals had for breakfast.
The rooms miss the renovation. There is no shower curtain. It is cold in the room because of the single panes on the windows. For such a price, the hotel could be better.
I didn't like it. We booked rooms a few days in advance, arrived, and gave the rooms to the football team. They offered to go to the suite, which is 3 times more expensive. After our indignation, they gave us a suite at the price of the standard. The suite is more or less decent. The next day they moved to the standard. Scary numbers. The backs of the beds are falling off. Whitewash is falling, there are holes in the plastic panels in the next room, possibly from kicks. The locks on the toilet doors are broken. There are not even curtains in the shower, soap, shampoo, towel in a 2-bed room for only one person. The plumbing is leaking.
There is no service. There are cockroaches in the rooms. The administration is incompetent. I highly do not recommend this place. Avoid it if you don't want to stay outside at night.
The staff was very inflexible, breakfast was served for at least 15 minutes, the broken lock in the door was not changed for almost 3 days. Pros - you can negotiate and reduce the price. Cons- an industrial area, far from the center, there are no metro stations, supermarkets and leisure nearby.
