Terrible service! On 11/24/2024, I purchased an Atlant refrigerator. The sellers wrapped it in a film and said that it was all the packaging material. That is, neither cardboard nor foam packaging was provided. It was only after I announced my intention to contact the management that the packaging material was provided. But not even from this refrigerator. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and customer service.

Plus, they promised delivery for one cost, but had to pay more, just for the fact that the stove was brought without packaging and unloaded from the car. Further, as you wish.

Никогда не покупайте технику Атлант! Сбережете себе деньги и нервы! Холодильник ломается каждый год с момента покупки, после гарантии поломался насовсем, что его ремонт теперь стоит больше чем холодильники БОШ! И это прошло 4 года!!!! Стиральная машина такое же г.....

Купил вчера здесь стиральную машину. Знакомые рекомендовали взять Самсунг или LG, но я отдал предпочтение Атланту. Я почему -то верю в нашего производителя. Хотел покупать в кредит или рассрочку, но по ходу выяснилось, что справлюсь и и своим кошельком- попал на акцию "Суперцена". Желаю процветания магазину.
