I ordered white tulips with delivery at eight in the evening to the recipient. As a result, yellow and red tulips came, not in the evening but at lunch, and they also left a note in the bouquet where it was written "11 white tulips", finally spoiling the day for the recipient, who did not know which flowers should come. Upon return or exchange, they replied, "You're lucky, it's okay, put them in the water and rejoice."
The worst place in terms of service where I've ever ordered flowers.

I ordered flowers for my mother by March 8th. They promised to deliver it all day, then in half an hour, then in 10 minutes. As a result, at 10 p.m. they offered to either cancel the order or deliver it after one o'clock in the morning. As a result, it turned out that they did not make up the ordered bouquet at all, when asked why, they said that the courier allegedly gave my bouquet to someone else. I agreed to any other bouquet. The answer is the same: allegedly, the courier is already on another order, will be able to deliver only in the dead of night, and why do I need it at all, better give me money. They lie every word and every 5 minutes. Then the car broke down. And when they offered to call a taxi, because it was their fault and their problem, they said that it was expensive and problematic. Moreover, in the morning they dynamited and fed me with promises, if they had immediately notified me that they would not be able to, I would have had time to re-order, my mother was left without flowers, the holiday and my mood were spoiled. Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest! I do not advise anyone to deal with them, they will let you down and spoil the holiday!
