I went to Yelnya and, I'm not afraid to say these words, this is the best tour of my life so far!
+ a walk through the riding swamp for a city dweller is a unique immersive experience
+ informative theoretical lesson from the guide with interactive and delicious snack
+ a very sincere guide, talks a lot, always helps out if you got in the wrong place
+ excellent organization, accurate timing
+ delicious and satisfying lunch (I almost burst)
- the minibus was less comfortable than the usual large tour bus (you can sleep, but if you really want to)
- the contract is signed and the payment is made in advance
Total: I recommend it to anyone who likes to walk and natural landscapes or just wants to feel a soft swamp under their feet. Personally, I was thrilled!
P.S. The tour is safe. As it turned out, there are no ticks in the swamp, but you have to try very hard to drown. It is quite possible to complete the route through the swamp in ordinary boots.

Accordingly, those tourists who went to a wine tasting, for example, loitered without interest at the next location near the temple - waiting for departure.
2. Lunch is TOO LATE. You are offering a walking tour of the city that takes about 2 hours. It's cold now, the departure is early, it is logical that I would like to have a hot lunch first and only then go for a walk somewhere. And not to have lunch at 4 pm.
3. The WORK of a GUIDE in the city of Glubokoe for two. He tells a lot and is uninteresting, constantly adding something from himself, a personal opinion. You had to run around the city after him, no one is waiting, you don't have time to take a picture. In fact, we spent more time in the dungeon than in the city. At the end of the tour, they did not provide a place where you could buy at least some kind of souvenir except condensed milk, which is available in any store in Vitebsk and in a larger assortment.
4. WINE FACTORY. A separate topic. The program says: tasting of blueberry and lala wines. Everything is beautiful and promising.
BUT in fact, this is some kind of half-dead factory where there are some puddles and rags on the floor in the workshop. The employee's story that she conducted a field trip there took no more than 10 minutes.
TASTING: it's generally terrible. Why didn't they immediately write in the program that the wine would be strictly fruit and berry and there would be no alternatives? I don't drink this kind of wine, why should I taste it and pay money for it? I tried to try it, but it was very tasteless. As a result, the first location was held just with a glass of water. There was no question of any purchase of products.
5. FARM - CHEESE -MAKING - LUNCH
The road to the farm consists of potholes and puddles and mud. We drove like firewood.
The owners of the estate, although it cannot be called that, rather three dilapidated houses in the middle of the forest, are absolutely not ready to receive tourists. Poor organization. The owner did not meet us, but left the house much later than our arrival, as if we were some old acquaintances who had been here many times. The tourist reception house has been converted from a bathhouse where it is very cramped and uncomfortable.
Lunch was served in 2 stages, I had to eat very quickly. They poured the soup and are waiting to change the plate and serve the second one, it's uncomfortable. There was nothing to drink, no water, no compote. Also, the dining utensils were not completely clean.
CHEESE TASTING.
Cheeses are too craft and in my opinion this is not for the layman, you can't take unprepared people to such events in a string like that. Create a separate tour of connoisseurs, describe in more detail what cheeses will be, draw an analogy with the already known ones. Because for my taste buds it was a rupture and rejection, while again there was not even a glass of water on the table to wash down this event.
In general, I went for new impressions and got them.

On October 12, a "non-children's" tour to Lida. We had a great time on this trip under the guidance of an attentive and friendly girl Anastasia, the guide Nikolai competently and exhaustively devoted us to the life of Lida with its rich history. The excursion to the Lida beer pleasantly surprised and provided us with interesting information :)). Lunch in a cozy clean small cafe "Victory Gardens". The house, packed with the imagination of artists and needlework talents, was also a pleasant surprise. (Except to change the guide next time - having a huge amount of material for stories, everything was kind of short). Thanks to the tour team - decent, clean, fun. I went on a tour to Do Island. It was a very cool trip, everything is well organized. We were hit by hail on the boat and we need to dress warmly) but there are enough impressions and they are only positive. The lunch is delicious, the Osveisky nature reserve is calm and beautiful, roe deer and deer are found along the road. I highly recommend it.

I liked the guided tour of the Lida Beer factory, the city tour, and Anastasia, a very nice girl accompanying me.
But I really didn't like the fact that the seats in your car are located very close to each other, and you rest your knees against the neighboring chairs. ,.Massage,. knees on the back for a whole trip, it's still a pleasure, and the seats are very narrow, very uncomfortable, also I didn't like it after the tour of the factory, the fact that on leaving the tasting they didn't let us go to the beer restaurant at the factory, but took us to another store, where they said the same thing, but only cheaper. We were taken to an ordinary small store, where there were no draft products, and there were not all kinds of beer. An ordinary ordinary shop, like ours in Brest.
Then we were taken on a guided tour of Lida. The tour wasn't bad, but what a disappointment it was when we walked around Lida Castle and weren't allowed inside because we were already late on schedule. But it was possible not to take us, for example, to the post office, somewhere regional, and not to show where Ksenz lives, and not to show the monument to Tolik Ozla of the hotel. It was possible to organize a trip to the Lida Castle itself, saving time on the not so important sights of Lida.
Then we were taken to a restaurant for lunch. As a result, it turned out to be not a restaurant, but a coffee shop. Where they served a cold drink in such cold weather. It was thrash. I don't understand why we should deceive people....
Then we were taken to the fantasy manor. That's a complete thrash. It feels like the owner of the Lithuanian woman paid for excursions to his estate. Complete Satanism. The horror and nightmare that I experienced is difficult for me to convey. A person has a sick fantasy associated with the occult.
I asked for more details before booking the tour. To which the organizers replied, and what else do you need, everything is in the program.
I can't say that I'm disappointed with the tour....

We went to the "Non-child food tour" on 21.09. In general, I liked everything very much. We followed the route without delay.
There was a beautiful girl guide in Lida (like Rinata), with a sense of humor, the tour was light, with jokes ;)) We even got to the bikefest, looked at the biker rally parade🤘🏍️
Lunch at a good cafe, everything was delicious, I didn't even eat everything))

I took a tour to Yelnya, I liked everything very much: the route, organization, travel - everything is wonderfully planned, very comfortable and interesting! Good interesting guides and an escort, a comfortable minibus, a small group, no hustle. We went with my husband on 08.09.24 on a "Non-child tour to Lida from Brest". Among the advantages: a wonderful tour of the Lida Brovar Museum, a walking (!) part of a sightseeing tour of Lida with an interesting guide Nikolai with a good sense of humor and a good lunch in a small cafe.
AND THE ORGANIZATIONAL DISADVANTAGES:
1. Minibus: very cramped, knees rest against the chair in front. In addition, we got seats at the very end of the minibus, where there was no hatch or windows, which is why part of the sightseeing tour, which was conducted from the transport, was inaccessible to us.
2. The driver: he did not drive carefully, we were thrown up on every bump like bags of potatoes.
3. The breakdown of the minibus. It is unknown why, but on the way to Lithuania, about 10 km from Lida, a nut flew off the wheel of a minibus. We were dropped off at the intersection(!) On the braking-acceleration lane(!) And in fact without a curb (there was a lawn, a ditch and a forest at once). We spent almost 1.5 hours there. This leads to a big question about the attitude of the tour operator to the safety of passengers.
4. The accompanying person. On the one hand, she stood with us on the side of the road, even called someone. On the other hand, on the way, some of the passengers drank alcoholic beverages and smoked in the cabin of the minibus, which is prohibited by law! And not a single comment was made from the escort. By the way, some of these passengers were half an hour late for departure!
5. Timing violation. Due to the breakdown of the bus, they arrived in Lithuania 1.5 hours later. The tour took place in the "gallop through Europe" mode. During the tour, there was always a choice: listen to the tour or carefully consider the location of the estate. We chose to listen to the tour. However, what they did not have time to do while the tour was going on, then the estate workers did not allow, because "everything had already been washed and closed." There was only 10 minutes of free time instead of an hour. But we arrived in Brest 2 hours late.
With this tour operator, there is no desire to go anywhere anymore!

We went on a wonderful excursion to Verkhnedvinsky district on the island of DU. We had a great day off!!! We went on a Hiking tour of the Blue Lakes plus a cheese factory - an estimate between 3 and 4. Hiking was given 3 hours, during which time it was possible to easily complete the longest route. It was only thanks to the band's enthusiasm that they went for the medium instead of the short. The farm was chosen perfectly for lunch, dear hosts, everything is served perfectly, however, without the possibility to change anything in the menu. Tasting cheese shortly after lunch is very difficult without a glass of wine or other opportunity to balance the 13 varieties. Although the hosts are very friendly, they tried their best. There were practically no interesting stories along the way either. I was planning two more excursions, but now I'm thinking about it.

We went to the Yelnya swamp. A very pleasant feeling, like Gastinia are the only (or one of the few) who drives along a route that is not the most popular. You can walk on the flooring, or you can walk on the shaky part.
Two small tips for those who decide to go: if you plan to swim, wear a swimsuit in advance under your clothes, because otherwise you will have to change clothes in the Christmas trees in the forest, on the lake in general an open space. And also take high boots, almost to the knee.
At the end of the tour there is a very cool manor in the village of Sho, the food is incredibly tasty and the views are gorgeous.
It's just a pity that on the way to Yelnya, the Miors passed, but they didn't stop by, it's also very beautiful there :(

On September 20, we went with Gastinia to a non-child food tour (20 people). Everything was organized at the highest level on a turnkey basis. For those who do not know how and how to surprise and entertain their employees, I definitely recommend it! 1. No problems with registration and payment; 2. We took part in the excursion "Secrets of Yelnya and the Protected Island". A walk through the swamp and the log deck left a lot of impressions, the local guide told all sorts of interesting things about the flora and fauna of Yelnya. There was an opportunity to swim in a local lake and walk right through the bog on snowshoes (you can do it without)). We also liked two stops in Glubokoe — for the sake of a temple and a church with mysterious underground paths — and on a Protected island, where we had a delicious meal and talked with local wildlife and the owner. Two of the three guides spoke Belarusian, which is a definite plus.

We were on the Magic of Polesie tour on 05/25. Waterfalls, chalk quarries are just fire🔥🔥 the eye rejoices at such Belarusian beauty! And at the end, we had a delicious homemade dinner (lunch is on the program, but for me it's like an early dinner). Well, the cherry on the cake was a master class in baking. They baked everything! Tour 24.08 from Minsk, rafting in Raskosh
The organization was very disappointed.
I'll start with the transfer. There are no questions about the car or the road itself. The problem is the sanitary stop, instead of a normal gas station in sosenki, we went along a longer route and stopped at an automatic gas station with a bio toilet, we couldn't buy a snack on it, so we had to look for a store in the district (of course, there is no choice there). Although at the beginning of the journey it was stated that there would be a human stop with the opportunity to buy something to eat.
I was disappointed with the work of Alina's escort. She does not know the tour at all, does not know any details (the tour schedule, what we will be fed, etc.)
Did not know the tour program for the near future, she could not even answer the question "what does the Hotel mean".
There was no acquaintance at the manor, which is strange, we spend the whole day together. We sat at dinner like at a funeral. There is no active escort position throughout the tour.
On the way back, without asking absolutely anyone's opinion, she announced that there would be a stop to inspect the local church and visit the store for local wine (it seemed that this was the original purpose). We had a rafting trip, a master class, 40 minutes of useless time on the estate itself. Personally, I was already tired and wanted to get home as soon as possible, but there was still half an hour off the program to advertise wine and go to the church. But at the return sanitary stop, "let's try to hurry up."
There is no provision for water on the road, no one warned or asked about food (preferences, restrictions, allergies). Eat what you've been given or sit hungry.
Separately, I would like to note the work of the managers and management of this organization.
Initially, we were supposed to go rafting in July, but taking into account the weather and chronic diseases, I received a request to consider postponing the tour to a more favorable time. The manager on Instagram, after a considerable amount of time, simply refused, referring to the contract (which does not contain a clause about force majeure, by the way). I had to find a contact on my own and contact the management.
The director turned out to be the only loyal and customer-oriented person in the organization, a compromise was quickly found, both sides were satisfied, thank you for that.
For the rest, I ask you to reconsider the approach to the organization and work of support, because at the moment competitors whose tours are in the same price range have a much better organization
