I love this taxi service! There have never been any problems: everything is clear, transparent and without unexpected surprises. They always work on the counter, no cheating. Cars arrive even faster than promised — most often in 2-3 minutes instead of the stated 8. It's just a salvation when you're in a hurry!
The autoinformer immediately sends a message with the make, color and number of the car, and then warns you when it is in place. The drivers are always polite, they drive carefully, the interior is clean, and if the suitcase or bags are heavy, they help to load them without any questions.

We had a rest in Abkhazia, used the transfer from Garaud express, was paid from the hotel to the airport.I am a disabled person of group 3, so it is important that they take us from place to place, and the driver took us to the border and that's it, then I had to walk and go with my luggage.To our questions, the driver replied that all questions were for the company. Trip 18.03.2025. Sukhum.
1. The driver is from Central Asia, does not know the city, does not know practically the Russian language, the traffic rules are probably not for them.
2. We were driving with a child, and everyone was scared. This had never happened before, only Garuda taxis were called. Now let's choose another taxi. Life is more expensive.
3. You can ride a roller coaster with such an extreme. A taxi is not suitable for this.
4. There are no complaints about local drivers.
