An ordinary hotel. At first glance, I would like to put 5 stars, after 5 minutes I lowered it to 3. It is better to rent an apartment for daily rent, it will be cheaper and 100 times better.
+ There is an air conditioner (does not work on heating)
+ The bathroom has underfloor heating.
+ There is Wi-Fi and a TV with all services.
+ There is a water heater.
+ There is a separate kettle in the room and coffee and tea are provided with it.
+ Convenient variable check-in and check-out times.
- The room is INCREDIBLY COLD, the batteries are cold, the air conditioner did not work the heating function. When I approached the young man at the reception, he was on the phone and did not look at me. I said that the room was very cold and "the air conditioner does not heat", to which he replied after a long pause - "And?". Then everything became clear.
- The bed linen is 1.5 times smaller than the bed, it is not fixed on the 1st side due to the fact that it is incredibly short.
- The bed linen is all crumpled, one pillow was yellowish, the second was not (as luck would have it). The sheet was stained brown, can't this 1.5m square of fabric be changed, it costs nothing, don't be ashamed?
- The walls in the hallway are peeling, the wallpaper is moving away somewhere (not much).
- The toilet is in some kind of black coating, the paper is the cheapest.
- There is garbage behind the beds, it is clear that they are cleaned without fanaticism, they do not move anything.

It's a disgusting place. The feeling that the hotel was initially loosened by the owners as a place for intimate meetings. Two evenings out of three, we witnessed how, after a stormy intercourse in the next room, the girls gathered and left, the men remained snoring. By the way, the audibility is very good-you will hear what your neighbors are doing in detail. At first glance, the room is cleaned, but if you look closely, it is clear that it is very superficial. There is black mold and rust in the shower. A very inconvenient arrangement of toilet paper relative to the toilet bowl, the seat falls off, the hygienic shower is very poorly adjusted both in temperature and pressure. There are ants in the room. On the third day, I climbed up to see where they were crawling from, found a pile of garbage behind the sofa, someone's forgotten glass with moldy something and strawberry sex lubricant. The sheets were worn and with a hole, I hope they were at least changed. I highly do not recommend this place to stay.

3 thousand a day and the lack of cleaning in the room, considering that I lived there for 6 days + the crackle from the conditioner did not allow me to sleep.
