In other cages, the drinkers are at an average height. I asked the employee to put it up higher, they refused, they said tomorrow. At the same time, the rats drink a lot and for a long time. Two of them are visibly ill, sneezing and suffocating. There are also rats sneezing in the next cage. How can you sell sick animals and not treat them? The rats didn't put anything in the cage, they sleep on metal inserts.... Please pay attention, as this is not the first time I have noticed that animals are sick, with wounds and scratches. I am very disappointed with this store, the work of the staff and the maintenance of the fish.
I bought a Cockerel fish here...who died 6 days after the purchase.
I'm sure he died of an illness. After looking at their contents there, the seller replied that they did not have the opportunity to quarantine the fish. No one knows the age either. Poor things, they're lying half-dead at the bottom of small, dirty vases.
This is not my first experience of keeping fish (including cockerels), so I'm sure it's not about my care.
At the moment, I have already purchased another cockerel from a responsible store. He lives well, actively swims and builds a nest (they do this when they have comfortable conditions)
After the death of a fish bought in this store... I contacted the staff. I was refused a refund, they discounted my "wrong" conditions of detention.
Therefore, if you plan to get yourself a pet, then avoid this store!
A strong request to the store. Do not sell pets if you cannot provide them with good conditions before the sale!!! And teach your employees how to advise customers. Thanks

I clarified in Viber whether the order was accepted at all. My message was read and nothing was answered. I duplicated it again in vibe. A little over 3 hours later, the manager called back. The message in Viber was answered closer to 10 pm (I left the request at 15, I wrote the message in Viber closer to 17). All desire to use the services of this store has disappeared at least some day. I ordered it in a different place, got in touch within 5 minutes and the order was delivered the next day.
