In 2024, the hotel underwent a major renovation, the rooms were transformed, everything was clean and tidy. The bathroom is worthy of all praise. There is a summer kitchen with dishes and a gas stove, a new refrigerator. The hotel has terminated the contract with the Ostrovok service, but Ostrovok does not know about this, the prices on the site are not relevant. There are negative points: cockroaches in the room and on the street, neighbors keep chickens, so there are a lot of flies, the kitchen is pretty dead, repairs seem to have been done but not neatly, air conditioners work very noisily, they were not changed.
