We went in August 2024.Let's start with the arrival.We arrived at night and were checked into a room with mildew everywhere, the towels were all dirty and smelly, stained, and the air conditioner wasn't working.This room is on the ground floor, if I'm not mistaken, room 113.There were two pools written in the description of the hotel, in fact one.There are few sun beds and umbrellas, we went to the sunbed once in 10 days.(Oh, those eternal towels on the sun beds.)There is a slide for kids (water park) in the thawwhich is broken closer to the outlet of the pipe, you can get injured.(the slide only works
for an hour).The area that goes from the thaw (very dirty, it feels like it is never cleaned.There is no children's program. The food is terrible, I'm from the north myself, and even my fruits and vegetables in the north are tastier and bolder (watermelon and melon, for example, are generally tasteless).They don't give you any meat in the thaw. From drinking highly diluted juices with water, cola, beer, white wine, red wine, coffee diluted with water.
We also noticed that when the boss comes, the staff starts working immediately in a different way, at least they become much more polite and stop pulling money out of you. And for example, we got burned and they just poured into our ears that we urgently needed peeling. Also, travel companies can change money for you. I strongly recommend that you do not do this because tour operators cheat and take most of the amount for themselves. You will be given a good room only if you pay at least 20-30.000 rubles at the reception. I couldn't get Wi-fi at all, there was no Internet.The bathroom is generally a separate story, the faucet is always dripping on the brain, the faucet is broken, there was no light, shampoo, soap, toilet paper was not given (she pretended that she did not understand what I was asking, they always forgot to put everything at the reception.The cleaning was ugly, I waved a mop every now and then and everything was clean. the hotel is listed as four stars, in fact there are no more than two.

Of the advantages, the sea is close, and shops, but everywhere the prices are oh and ah.There's a lot of money everywhere.

We rested here at the end of October. The 4-star hotel is only on the website, in fact it is a maximum of 3. There is no animation / entertainment program at all, room cleaning was practically not done during the week of stay, towels and bed linen were never changed at all. The elevator is scary, we got stuck there once. The food is generally edible, you won't be hungry, but tomorrow is very meager and always the same. On the plus side, Wi-Fi pulls in the room

Plus: the location, 7 minutes to the sea, the view of the mountains is beautiful. Everything else is just cons... Check-in:they give a room, old, shabby, up to 3 floors in the main building, a view either of the wall or the windows of the neighboring hotel, a side view of the mountains, but...for $ 25 you will get a 4th floor with a beautiful view... We weren't going to stay in the room, so we decided to spend the money on something else... Everything in the room is old, the mini-refrigerator barely worked, you leave the room it turns off, so if something is spoiling, then there is no point in storing it. Linen and towels were not changed until you go and ask for them. Cleaning for show:wiped the floor and that's fine...the balcony is nice, big, but to dry things if there is no wind on the railing, thanks to the one who tied the rope to the railing and chair, you can hang a swimsuit. plumbing is ancient, taps "lamb" if you do not tighten it harder, the water will flow, shower partitions keep on a dirty word, touch -tear off. On nutrition:there are no breakfasts from the word at all...milk porridge is a gray cold liquid with an admixture of some kind of flakes, there are rings, balls, flakes, but only pour milk- there is no yogurt. For 10 days, fried eggs were fried once, two eggs in one hand, and so, only boiled eggs, which were snatched up instantly and sit and wait, maybe they will take out more. There is no baking in the morning. The sausages are sliced, the sausage is for an amateur, they turned out to be not edible for us. Cheese of several types, jams...In general, hungry people left breakfast. The only plus is the coffee in the coffee machine, so it's very tasty. The situation is better for lunch.greens, olives and a few mixed salads. The mashed soup is almost always delicious, but barely warm, there is nowhere to heat it, there is no microwave. Pasta, potatoes, rice, vegetables, chicken, giblets, something like a cradle, but for all the queues, it is sorted out instantly, but they will bring more or not-it must be waited for... And everything is barely warm... About queues is a separate topic: Well, put food trays on two tables and no queues! No!! They probably like to watch this snake tail of people with plates when they don't go for forks or go to the coffee machine... The sight is so-so, I remember the past years-everywhere you have to stand in line to get the coveted piece of food. At lunch there are pastries, delicious, fruits-apples, half-limp watermelons and instantly disappearing melon. For dinner, something is added on the grill.. In general, the food is not for a 4* hotel. Of alcohol, only beer and wine are white and red.. We even found a plus in this-there are no drunks and fewer problems, since there are many different nationalities and not all behave adequately. The pool is clean, the slides are working. Generally 3* solid. You can go for a walk from the hotel to the embankment and shopping markets... There is not much to buy, prices on Ozone, etc. cheaper. The locals are clingy and boorish, there is dirt and ruin everywhere... We were in this region 6 years ago, nothing has changed much.. We took local buses to Kemer and Antalya. You can take a walk and go shopping there. In general, we made a conclusion for ourselves - we will not go here anymore. It's boring, there's nowhere to go, there's nothing to see. The weather and the sea are gorgeous, and we enjoyed it. The hotel beach is 5 minutes away, but there are three hotels on a small territory, the sun beds are broken for the most part, close to each other, the canopy is a tattered awning, generally a sad sight... Dust mixed with sand... It's scary to walk barefoot to the water, a lot of garbage and stones, dirty feet, but the sea itself is good-clean and transparent. We went to the city beach, although there are sand and stones, but it is clean, and the sea is warmer, because there is more sun. In general, we went beyond the sea and the sun-this is what we got. The main thing is not to sit in an old murdered room...
