The sad thing is that the adequacy and work of the master receptionist depends on the presence of the authorities on the spot. At one time, I serviced 4 cars here for work, recommended a hundred to friends, and at least 7 people travel here on a regular basis. When they told me that they didn't like something, I thought they were just being stupid. However, when I came across it myself, I realized that I didn't. Once again, a friend asked me to service the car, well, I didn't think for a long time I started trying to get through to make an appointment for suspension diagnostics. Last night there were 4 calls, today there are 5 calls to all the phones that are on the Internet. Well, I guess it happens. Although before I brought cars, they called me back in the morning if there was a missed one. As a result, I came to them, went in, waited until the master returned from the work area, imposed himself with a story about what I needed, and heard the answer: only next week and only by appointment. When asked how to sign up, he said: there's a business card lying there, and look at the number. When I showed him how many times I called those numbers, I heard in response: there was nothing, I don't know anything. And he asks the bearded locksmith, do you have a phone?
It is a pity for Oleg Alexandrovich that he established good relations with clients, and such redneck craftsmen ruin everything. Will I come here myself next time? Unlikely. Although individual locksmiths command a lot of respect with their approach to work.

I had to change the light bulb on Sunday, 01/19/2025, and at the same time take a look at the bottom of the KIA RIO X-Line. I found it super easy on the Internet (I'm not kidding, they really have a link to the site called that:) on Mogilevskaya Street. Suspension diagnostics is indicated everywhere on the website for free. Well, it's free, so it's free, why not check it out.
Imagine my surprise when, in the total cost of the work, they rolled out to me the cost of replacing the light bulb and diagnosing the suspension and, for some reason, the brakes, 58.8 rubles.
When asked what was going on, the receptionist began to sing a standard song that the information on the site had not yet been changed and they had not had this for a long time. To be honest, I've already lost the habit of cheap divorces from the 2000s, I didn't swear, I paid and left, never to return there.
P.S. Information about free diagnostics, of course, still hangs on their super site in huge letters. And the suspension diagnosis was carried out more for show. In any case, no one even told me about the torn ball caps.

And the last time Pen's rear caliper bolts were unscrewed, which they had lubricated shortly before for a fee. They saved a tire for me at the nearest tire repair, and when I told them about their backbone, the captive receptionist said, well, let's see. When I picked up the car and asked if they had adjusted all the bolts properly on the lift, I answered "probably"! And this is an attitude to the work and safety of the client.
