But I would like to reflect the unsatisfactory points. Faced with the fact that in the evening, after 20:00, you have to run and look for the doctor on duty, please identify the specific office of the doctor on duty, since you have people undergoing treatment and may have various allergic reactions and other situations that require prompt medical attention.
Last time we asked to add a bicycle rental service, thank you, it appeared, but you can not leave the hotel, which completely devalues this service, I would like to ride bicycles around the city.
It is also necessary to improve the quality of service in the treatment rooms, starting with the schedules of procedures and more demanding their execution, both on the part of staff and vacationers, this will be respected by both sides. The hotel has exceeded all my expectations! Excellent service, cozy rooms and a great location - all this made my stay here unforgettable.
